As long as you don't have the money for a Pandemonius, a cheap Replica Hyrri's Truth is a good option.
I have 4 auras with him and the synthesis rings (Circle of Fear with Herald of Ice has reduced Mana Reservation).
I liked it even better.

Hi guys,

So, I've spent like 20-25 ex to set everything up, I can do T16 maps and Conqueriors at A8 level. All for all it is good, but there is one thing that concerns me.

I have an explody chest and many clusters for increased AoE for HoI.
I was expecting HoI to make huge chain explosions to offscreen mobs, but in reality it generally chains no longer than within my screen, then the chain continues with explosions from explody chest or stops.
My HoI raius is 18, also I have added cold and increased crits on link with it.

What could be a problem?

What's the minimum investment needed to clear regular alc'd t16 on this build?

Hey Guys, updated my LL Character the last 2 Days, almost doubled my dps and got bigger AoE. The only thing missing is the awakened Hextouch for the last 10% more dps. Was pretty lucky with crafting of my new belt and boots :). Sirus A8 was pretty easy with that high dps. Only thing missing would be more ES.

So far I think thats a pretty good setup I got. I think the Tree should almost be the same as a CI Charakter, unless you have to adjust some small things depending on your Gear and CDR you got.

Mostly the changes to CI would be a High ES/Res Body Armmour and Shield. Also if you can only archieve 14% you should skip the Tailwind from Boots and the Precision Area on the Tree and take instead the "Fangs of Viper" Route up to "Depth Perception". Also you should probably Focus on atleast 1 medium Cluster to avoid stun (40%) and also a Cinderswallow for 50% stun avoid.
If you still wanne take the Glancing Blow after the nerf, the best would probably be Path directly to it from the Jewel Socket under Faith and Steel. Also you should sacrifice then some notes to get the Block notes near Glancing Blow and the other Spell Block notes on the tree

All in All in my opinion I wouldnt recommend anymore taking the Glancing Blow and go instead with more ES/Damage notes. This also prevents a better defence against one shots that would have avoid the block.
If you're looking for a copy pasta build the best bet is go on poe.ninja and look what other people are playing/testing with there build. Probably I will update the guide in 1-2 weeks till people got enough Budget to make the build feel good.

enable Glancing Blow if you still wanne go for the Block

Hey Kami, I was looking at your current LL build (I've also been running LL). Curious why you don't take Ghost Reaver or Light Eater? Are they not effective? I'm still a far cry from good gear, but I find myself getting "nearly" 1 shot on some bosses, and wished I had more leech...

It's all about personal preference, wanted to try it without Ghost Reaver this time, to see how does it feel. If you feel better with Ghost Reaver, then just take it.

Does ping have any effect on CoC builds?

I have around 80-100ms ping at the best of times and ive had bad experiences of previous cast of crit builds with my ping.

If anyone knows, please confirm.
