Hi there!

- What is the best overall body armor choice , mainly focusing on defense then offense stats.

Carcass or queen? I think queen is ahead , due to the trickster passive it should give the same amount of energyshield due to the 1000 more evasion?

A good rare body armor with 900+ Evasion and 200+ Energyshield an high life roll and an open prefix for extra energyshield isnt affordable actualy , there is not even a single one on trade at the moment ^^.

- most of trickser - TR builds on poe ninja are without CA. Do they all weapon swap or is the current meta to only use toxic rain for clearing?

This is my 2nd league (Stared with Delerium, missed Harvest) and im using this build this league.

So far i love it, i really only using toxic rain as i prefer it over caustic atm, just got to act 9.

Will it be ok if i just keep using Toxic rain as my main skill for bossing and clearing maps? Or is this built for caustic?

Define best. You're complaining that rare is "not affordable" while best I would define as best by stats not best by price... Also crafted rare as the name suggest is for people who wanna craft it, buying ready made crafts is always overpriced, cuz it's for lazy people who don't wanna craft (I'm one of those too I bought my neck and quiver in delirium league cuz I cba crafting).

Carcass is a good offensive / clear speed option because of increased aoe. People don't use carcass for its evasion but for the aoe stats.

Cheapest option is probably something like high life / resist rare with w/e else.

Kintsugi used to be cheap defensive option but since wind dancer was put on the tree people started using Kintsugi more and I'm not sure if it's that cheap anymore.

My gear still needs a lot of work, as does my tree (need to get the right cluster jewel to get extra life with the medium cj points).

I think the replica maloneys is a godsend for this build, i basically clear all map with flame dash

Loving the build so far, though my DPS was lacking for sirius. Will try again after fixing gear and leveling gems up.

Untill you can get these items, use your flasks to get immunity in the following priority order: Bleed, Freeze, Curse, Shock and Burn.

Dieing alot on poison monster , is there a way to get a single ailment immunity from the tree/gear? Because all 5 are already used on my flasks.

How is the damage from CA without any linked gems?

Only thing which sucks is that the replica has cast speed instead of attack speed :(

if you are dying from poison, then your chaos resistance is too low. Switch the shock immuníty for poison immunity is also an option.

Everything but rare mobs/bosses dies without me firing a single toxic rain in T14-16. So damage is there.
