[3.13] Power Siphon/Kinetic Blast Poison Assassin - Very fast and tanky poison wander

Sorry i keep asking questions, want to be able to take this build as far as possible. So I listened to your advice and went with t1 phy/blind and attack speed on wand. Didn't see much of poison damage jump after equipping the new wand but I guess the poison dot damage in character tab isn't exactly accurate? Also I was looking at your cluster jew version in POB there is a thread of hope jew near Heartseeker but no passives around it that isn't connected is selected. Am I missing something in reading into that?

You need the PoB Fork, which is a community updated version of Path of Building which is more recent and more supported. It's in the build guide.

I'm guessing my chest, but would wand be a good option too?

You are missing a ton of damage due to lack of proper cluster jewels.

Twyzel, very good ones as you can just slot kinetic bolt with 2 damage links inside instead of runniing greater volley.

Could you tell me what gives maximum damage to a single target in this build, I do a good job with white and blue mobs, but yellow and bosses die very slowly and punch me very hard even at a low level. Maybe you will have some kind of advice to upgrade my character for low budget? Also I have some problems with mana sustain, MGOH is not enough for less packs and bosses

Poison Stacking mostly what has ramp. Your gem levels are fairly low, e.g at 72 upgrading to woke added chaos/added chaos lvl 21 and PS lvl 1 would be big upgrade. For mana sustain, when your hit damage gets higher it should get bette rbecause of better mana leech. If you have mana sustain issues atm, try ither freeing up a bit more mana or running enduring mana flask.
