[3.13] Power Siphon/Kinetic Blast Poison Assassin - Very fast and tanky poison wander

I crafted this one for the build. The chaos damage is T1. I need to divine the wand.

My question is. What should I craft on the wand? It has 2 prefixes and 2 suffixes atm.

Means I could craft either a suffix or a prefix. Chaos damage over time multiplier vs. crit and or attack speed.

My guess would be chaos dmg over time multiplier.

Leveling this build as an assassin. What is the optimal ascendancy passives order ?
Also what part of the skill tree should I only get nearing the end of leveling phase ?

Ascendancy: Noxious Strikes > Mistwalker > Toxic Delivery > Opportunistic

I would suggest leveling with Cobra Lash until 50. It has nearly the same gems as Power Siphon.

Plague Bearer is insane! Make sure to use it.

At 50 you can equip Embalmber gloves and put your Kinetic Blast setup in it. Put Vaal Power Siphon into Tabula.

From that time on it is pure destruction.

I see a lot of ppl using added flat phys to attacks on their amu.
What is the point of that ? We scale chaos damage aren't we ?

is Yriel's the best chest for this build?

If you got the money Farruls is a decent choice too.

Hey, really interested in the Assassin version of this build. I just don't see how we generate power charges, and with Coralito's not active the crit chance seems really really bad (bad single target dps in long fights?), anything I am missing here?

thanks for the build, it was great, i cleared all the content with a Assassin's version, here is the gear + pob + Sirus 8 kill :

Most of the gear is "endgame", you can swap most of the items for something cheaper, i used a Dendrobate for quite some time (50c for a 6l) before switching to farrul's fur.

It's hard to get the needed 191 int + res with all the unique i use so it's okey to drop some for rare in the early levels.

My smoothest kill so far, even managed to finish the challenge to avoid his attack getting me the 36 challenges.

The clear is very good with kinetic blast and really smooth too with enough damage in tier 16 maps.
