So what would be the best bench craft to get the desired colours? I need 3 green, 2 blue and 1 red. Keep in mind I am spending 1 chrome = 1 vaal for each craft.

According to vorici craft page, 1G.

Also on POB Empower Level 4 isn't giving me a increase in damage when I replace it with Increased Critical Strikes. Apparently only FP is getting the +3 on POB, not the other gems linked. Is this a bug?

Empower description says "... supported active skill gems". Support gems are not active. Only FP gem counts here.

I was using 1G1R recipe for 15 Chromatic (+15 Vaal Orbs ofc). Got 3G-2B-1R on second try. Keep in mind, that Soul Mantle is INT type armor so it tends heavily to blue sockets. Using 1G1R gives you guaranteed those (hardest to achieve on INT type). And you need then quite small amount of luck to get 1G from the left four random sockets.

1st try on lvl 8, used all but 1 portal. Dont think it was too bad with my gear, slow but got it

Using a 6 socketed item with 134 int requirement and having the target as RGGGBB:

* 1G from bench has average cost of 379 chromes
* 1G1R from bench has average cost of 563 chromes

If anyone wants to create the armor this way, I still recommend 1G from the bench. Getting it on second try was quite lucky (avg tries is 38). Congratulations.

I want to upgrade my equipment.

Due to curruncy problems, I didn't include dex in the helmet. I also couldn't add speed to the boots.

Are 6 Link Body Armor First in this situation?
Or is it first to replace the helmet and the boots at the same time?

How have people been crafting their amulets? I've been trying Frigid + Pristine + Metallic with zero success.
