One thing that will help is switching the position of your Clarity and Arcane Surge gems. You currently don't have Arcane Surge linked to anything so it isn't triggering, which is a pretty noticeable damage gain. With it linked to Frostbite you will be able to trigger it by casting your curse.

You can also consider grabbing a Herald of Ice from Yeena in Act 2 which will help supplement your Freezing Pulse damage and improve your clear speed. You should be able to support reserving both Clarity and Herald of Ice without too much issue.
I know.. it is a odd question.

If i look at the holy flame totem build i will gett around 900k damage per totem. If i put the fp totem build into pog it is 400k damage per totem.

Where is the difference? If i look at the damage, holy flame is far superior to fp.

Grab a storm brand (completely unsupported). Use herald of ice, use a self-cast FP with faster casting, controlled destruction and spell echo. Do another FP with spell totem (any support you like or none). This allows you to run through everything, drop the FP totem and storm brand and cast additionally directly on tougher enemies.
What is the ideal 4 or 5 link for HF Totems until hitting cruel ascendancy and forgoing it entirely?
man i got lucky with a 3x ancient orb drop from a delirium, sold it for 10c, instantly bought soul mantle, self flag, 2x kikazaru for 10c and im steamrolling now!
Leveling is a little slow, but once you get your uniques and 2nd lab its a blast.
So to share my experience for my first 2 days.

Started leveling with self cast FP. Followed the main guide on which gems to pick up and the tips form the last few pages. I got lucky with essence of hatred and was able to craft myself two wands with added cold damage to spells. Did not use any totems in the beginning but leveled the set of gems. Right before the first lab I damage fell of a bit.

After completing the normal lab I got myself a second 4L for my totem and had a FP-Spell Totem-CD-Hypothermia setup. With two totems up it actually did quite some damage and I had to self cast way less. From there on out I did enough damage to get to Act 6 without any problems. Act 6 was ok, started to get slower in Act 7 but not to slow. I still enjoyed it at this point. With act 7 I started to get all the relevant notes needed to switch to totem play style (Notes towards Ancestral Bond and Sanctum of Thought). I saved one point right before the lab to get Ancestral Bond after.
Cruel lab was a lot easier than I thought. Boss actually died faster than in the normal lab.

After that I bought myself the Soul Mantle and the 2 Kikazaru (did cost me 6c in total). Had do craft some resists on my other gear to still be capped. From that point on I felt like a god, there was no problem whatsover leveling. Got through without even chaining my wands. I got the self-flagellation for 4c later on which increased the damage by a lot again. Did the merc lab before finishing Act 10. Kitava was super easy.

All in all it did take me like 10 hours I assume but I am also quite slow in leveling doing a lot of side content like Vaal areas, incursions the delirium every time and in general probably killing more stuff than needed. Leveling was at a good speed and did not have moments where I did multiple times and did no damage.

Right now at the beginning of maps with my first conqueror down before he even had the chance of doing something. So far builds feels really great and does enough damage to clear the content easily so far.

How are 6+ Deliriums feeling? My worry about totems in general is they might struggle when you push Delirums hard.
Found this?! You think it's worth the points?
