MTX transferred to PoE 2 ?
Could this be one of the biggest lies of Poe history? You decide!
"I've played a lot of videogames. It's my primary recreational activity. Best games ever: Elden Ring and Diablo 4."

Would be so disappointing if a lot of supporter pack MTX's aren't carrying over :S
"For we are not now that strength, which in old days moved Earth and Heaven. That which we are, we are; one equal strength of heroic hearts, made weak by time and fate, but strong in will: to strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield." - Ulysses, Tennyson

Doesn't seem like it since PoE2 is now separate from PoE1 and might not feature all the content from PoE1.

" So what you're saying is... all armor and pets and stuff will likely transfer, BUT GGG has the opportunity to not port over a single skill of the same name to POE2 (now that they are different games), thus removing 100% of my MTX purchased for skills? Think I'll just hold off on purchasing more MTX or packages until POE2, just seems too easy to walk back. |

" I use Bane as an example because during Exilecon, the Bane icon had a different name. I have no idea if Bane is in PoE2 or not, I was just using it as an example to convey how they said MTX would transfer over. That said, you would not lose that MTX, because you would still have it in PoE1. Things that can transfer, will. If one does not exist in the other game it won't transfer(such as buying some bear form MTX in PoE 2, there is no such thing as bear form in PoE1, so that will not transfer).
" Makes sense... just feels very ... bait and switchy. Everything you buy in POE1 transfers to POE2, because it's the same game (spent ~$100 afterwards) is a far stretch from "well all new skills, so buy new MTX to not have strobe lights in dark rooms". Maybe I'm just still sulking from being different games, might be a minority here, but I'm not a fan of it. |

Financially, it would be ridiculous for them to do this, I doubt this happens at all.
It would defeat the purpose of making poe2 to begin with.
