How do you deal with the mana issue(s)? I can't go a few casts or seconds of BF without running out of mana, and it's getting me killed in 2nd Lab more often than it should be at this point!

Where's the elemental reflect immunity coming from? Just curious, as its listed in the opening post, though not sure if that's just telling us to "avoid all elemental damage" for this build or am I missing something important...

Even if an item states it adds elemental damage to attacks? That's what I'm getting lost on.
