All unique and boss mobs got hp buffed in 3.9. Shaper hp increased 4x for example, its around 79 mil now I think.

So one thing to be aware of is that you want to set your POB to the average number of virulence you can persist on a single target

Some people bought wands with projectile speed which makes ball lightning zoom by the boss which means less virulence stacks. People with wands like that are probably averaging 20-30 virulence with a single boss target

If you have fast casting and slow ball lightning you might hit 40 virulence on a single target boss, in which POB would be telling more of the truth. I forget if temp chains affects cast speed but if it does, that's another reason why some maps you might do less dmg. its because people using the default POB and then merging in their items are seeing the dmg at 40 stacks, which is highly unrealistic to have 100% uptime on. on average you're probably looking at 35 virulence

What's the 4th green we run on the body? vile toxins?

On a related note. Do you guys think running an extra green or an extra blue would be better? Basically Vile Toxins vs Deathmark.

HoA buff effect on the circle is really nice, sure you lose about 80% increased damage which is not that much actually but with the buff increase my ball lightning has 96% chance to posion

I can't check characters on my phone but do you use The Golden rule Jewel? Can't see it listed. Also easy change of your circle of nostalgia to one that boosts damage instead of increasing buff effect.

im feeling like i have a good progression on my Char. The Char was incredible Strong with 68. Now im 82 and destroy T15 Maps brainafk.

This Build is awesome.

I want to improve me more but the next big Upgrade would be:

-Skin of the Loyal with 2 Socketed Gems (70+)
-Memory Vault with Herald of Agony 30% Mana reduce. (60+)
-Watcher's Eyes(maybe 40?)

All of these three are around 50-70ex +

Thats, and because i already pumped arround 50 ex in this build i dont have much more left. Maybe arround 30 if im lucky in selling some 6l in my Stash.


So what would you suggest to upgrade?
Im thinking about a new Amulet. in PoB it says with +1 Dex Skill Gems and +1 Physical Skill Gems. Are these effecting HoA too or why we going to want this?

HoA Level is currently 27.

And when i switch that Amulet i realy miss Dex. How do i get Dex back, any Passives i didnt see?
