No worries:)

I don't know what your budget is, so my trade links are mostly meant at a league-starter scenario. If you have a better budget, you can modify those trade links, increase the intellect/add some resist etc :)

Same for the weapon link, you can easily adjust the filter for higher damage and how many mods should be represented in the results.

For your shield, check the crafting section and if you have a little bit of currency grab a decent ES base like vaal spirit or harmonic spirit shield and throw dense fossils on it. You'll often enough get decent ES with the es-block mod.

Quick question if you don't mind - does this build have culling strike anywhere? Does it make sense to fit it in like linked with a golem (or maybe tempest shield, but then it would turn off our boot enchant I guess?). Seems like a relatively easy 10% "more" damage but I haven't exactly read through all 200+ pages to see if you've mentioned this before; if so sorry in advance.

P.S. Right now I'm transitioning from my league starter to this build (character is MeKillBosses on my profile), and I'm like medium way through gearing up I guess. I'm low life with 5.6k ES and my gear is ok-ish. The main thing right now is I don't have an enlighten or reduced reservation shield - while I scrape up 1.5ex, does it make the most sense to put on Herald of Thunder for the excess mana?
Technically I could fit Wrath+Zealotry anyway, but then I'm left with like 27 mana unreserved which doesn't seem like enough to proc the weapon triggers or throw traps nonstop.

It does not, not in the sense that it is automatically available. A setup with a golem takes up too much gem-space for my taste. What you can do though is take Gloves and Duo-Influence them with T1 Trap throwing speed and Culling strike via awakeners orb. The Culling Strike from Gloves also works for traps. Pretty good option if you ask me as those 2 mods alone make the gloves worthwhile, pretty much whatever you roll anyway. If you hit something else nice, all the better.

That´s one thing that reallly needs to be updated in the guide asap, as SO MANY PEOPLE still think you would need RMR on the shield. You don´t. All you need is the nodes around Sovereignity, Enlighten 3 and Arrogance and you´re good to go.

While you can´t utilize all auras I am a big fan of prioritizing Discipline > Wrath as it not only gives more ES, it also starts the regen faster. Wrath´s DPS is nice and all but you can get along without it. As long as you dont use it you can use Herald of thunder, yes. [/quote]

Honestly it is really not needed as you basically path along of CI anyway. Just take it - doesn´t need a specific path for it. The only thing that people constantly miss is taking expedious amunitions early on in the league for extra throw speed. Aside from that I barely respec anything with that tree aside from Life-Nodes.

it has been removed for awhile now, ever since start of league when ppl kept asking how to do their auras.

In the most recent guide overhaul it was removed from the crafting section too. The *alteration guide* instead shows how to get ES & es-on-block mods.

Maybe I'm blind but idk where ppl get the idea that they need an RMR shield in the guide O.o if anyone can see it let me know :)

The only place I show an RMR shield is in high-end gear, which... it still is... but it's prefaced with big red text:

Note: You do NOT need a mana reservation shield. It's a luxury craft and expensive usually. Having the sovereignty nodes and a lvl 3 enlighten is enough. You can buy corrupted enlightens relatively cheap from ppl failing to vaal their gem to 4p.

There's an image under TLDR section in the guide which shows every life-node that is already in our pathing pretty much (so easy to swap out of it later). Open the image in full size, put it in a browser tab and go get levels ;D

Is the Increased Duration in the trigger weapon really needed? Wondering if we can fit in something useful?

Hydrosphere, Void Sphere, Frost Shield or Frostbomb all come to mind.

Wave only debuffs for 4 seconds, with the inc duration its 7+ seconds, which helps sustain after crafted triggers was changed to 8 sec from 4.

If you smash the boss in under 10 sec, then you probably don't care about the increase. :)

Sorry about the confusion, I meant that I don't have enlighten OR the RMR shield. I wasn't under the impression that I need the mod on the shield, just that I can't fit every aura with only the passive tree nodes.

Ah, no worries and ty for the follows:)

Crazy that people are charging 1ex+ for a corrupted lvl 3 enlighten... 2ex for lvl 1 uncorrupted lmao... In july they were 10c.
It really shows their mana multiplier nerfs combined with the trade economy of a tiny league. 3.16 can't come soon enough:)

In the current POB you have 1.9mil average hit, if I put Headhunter on you it's 1.6mil.

In my own POB I'm currently at 770k.

I'm only level 91 and my Woke gems are only level 1, but if I spec the same Level 100 tree and make those gems Level 5 it only bumps me up to 1.2mil.

Can you help me understand where the 400k difference is? POB says my weapon is better than what you have in your POB but there obviously must be something I'm missing.
