Are you able to update the levelling section and the full guide for 3.24?
Has anyone tried this in 3.24?
Bump just in case this gets updated?

Haven't had the time to play the last couple of leagues, but as far as I can tell the 3.23 POB still works.

This being my most recent character from 3.23:

(the 3.25 inspiration gem buff should make it easier on our mana, but i haven't checked all the notes, just noticed this buff).

I'm very curious as to why you're picking trickster over saboteur? I'm not seeing the reasons or explanation on the first post so I'd like to know why to better understand the decision if you have the time. I thought saboteur was the way to go

My main reason for being saboteur was the reduced% mana cost of traps and this was removed when they "re-designed" saboteur.
I now prefer the ascendancy of trickster over Sabo and Assassin (all 3 are viable options that I've played).
"One step ahead" is one of my favorite ascendancy points as it helps with speeding up the otherwise sometimes clunky/slower trapping gameplay style.
Polymath recovery doesn't work with traps but the 3% more multiplier for each different mastery is very nice as we have 9 different (27% more dmg).

With the new bandits I would probably pick another 8% movespeed as reward.
I got really interested in trying this build again after I saw the kind of shields that you can craft, I made this in just a few crafts, 44% block is huge.

I tinkered with your budget pob and landed in this one, 40m dps and 750k ehp:

This pob uses a 30% shock, I toned down your 65% one because I really can't see how it's realistic to get that big a shock, and 30% is more realistic I think.
It still uses most of your 15-25d budget gear, which really is more like 10d gear atm.

Nice shield!

My own most recent character (3.22) was getting 65% vs uber bosses, hence the pob setting:) You can see it at the 3.22 video fighting vs uber shaper etc.
(mind you, the initial hit is anything from 18-30% but as soon as the HP bar updates you can see the shock also updated to 62-65% pretty consistently).

But again of course it requires gear similar to that of the POB! 30% should be extremely easy though. I'm thinking of starting a LT myself this league exactly for the same reason as you! the new block mod + better block on the skill-tree seems very nice. :)

10d sounds very good for the power potential, keep us updated how it goes if you will. Goodluck

I'm happy with everything but the gloves right now. I'm missing bottled faith but I feel like it's a solid starter. I have spent around 16d, so I did break that 10d I mentioned earlier.

I'm sitting at a somewhat inflated EHP of 3.4m (inf, or 300k without immortal call) and roughly 32.9m dps (once gems level up). Feeling good, zooming and living. I did a weird thing and picked up endurance charges.

** Edit **
Upgraded ring, gem, jewel, flask and a new chest. Leveled up, respecced, switched place of wrath and zealotry. Next level would go into overcharge.

There really is not much that can kill me right now (outside of degen) as immortal call is upp 100% when I get hit, the rest of the time I just block everything hehe.

41.9m dps and inf EHP.

** Edit 2 **
Final version, invested around 80d, 55m dps and 400k+ ehp (turned off block recovery in config to see the number, but it's way higher since blocks recover es). There is also a possibility to get more str on belt and boots and free up two talent points.

I'm still keeping shock value at 30 even though I've done over 40 on guardians, never 50 though.
