[3.13] Raikudou's CoC Ice Nova Assassin (3M+ DPS)

I wonder why in gem section ice nova and frostbolt is linked to life leach, i feel it not work well, sometimes i leech life, but more often there nothing happen

Anyway, what will be best flask to drop for life flask?

What are the best gemlinks in early levels (iam now lvl 24) for a tabula rasa?

iam thankful for any beginner tip for (fast) leveling :D

What should i go for to upgrade next here?

can you utilize headhunter in this build?
or the CDR belt is mandatory for clearing maps??

I was planning on using 1 Inspired Learning.
I could drop the Annoinment "Weathered Hunter" and get Acuity instead.
Drop 2 5% Life nodes for the +1 Frenzy Charge,
this would give me 4 allocated Notables in the Herbalism Area.
Would be a small fight for Resistances, but i should be able to get them back..

Thoughts?

I highly recommend heading over to Poe.Ninja and looking at the challenge builds where you can see the highest rated "CoC Ice Nova" characters that are in the game. Look at their setup and try to get an idea how to make small tweaks. There is always room for improvement and there is endless outcomes.

You can also get CDR on shaper boots, so it's not a problem. Can't quite afford hh yet this league but it would probably be nuts with this build.

Edit: also, quick question for anyone using it, do any adjustments need to be made when switching to Awakened CoC gem? Would I need more APS or anything like that? Thanks

It's because you are using Vortex in your second Cospri's, which turns all the Frost Bolts you try to leech from into Vortexes...

You shouldn't care about APS after getting Headhunter, as you will be having 20+ APS every map.
