elora rerolled so i kept on trying to make the build better
and this is what i came up with, its fast clear, strong dps, SQUISHY deffnitelly not tanky, but i can do any content, uberelder/atziri/t20 sim/t19 100% delirium, and the best of it all ITS FUN
the secret was the jewels,
im using 6 megalos which is giving me
6.2m dps per zombie with 12 zombies.. i got 73.4m dps overall

Amazing and making last leagues build pale by comparison.
I notice your eHP is relatively low but the dps your zombies do is so high they'll kill anything in your way before they kill you!
Almost like Delving in maps lol.

I'm gonna test a precise commander/renewal and see how they'll work, only downside is minions need to be near to take effect.
Before you "buy" anything check the build in PoB with Fork installed. Its more like .62 million dps per zombie. Which is still impressive and crushes content. Renewal will double the output sometimes but is unreliable.
I just checked it.. says 6,186,277 dps per Zombie. So 6.2mil basically.

I just divined a 4x Slum Lord Elegant Hubris! and it is bonkers :)
down to 7k hp but the dmg is worth it
How much is it wort seems pretty op to me
All depends on where its socketed and how many points it takes. Might be looking at minimum 10 Ex, but selling them is difficult as you cant tell what your getting until you try it.
I'm now migrating from budget gear to tank gear.
I have the budget staff 6 linked and geofri's 5 linked (currently).
I think next step would now be the belt (on everything else I would loose the 1k strengh buff)
How to you get your belts and the other gear (crafting or buying)?
If you have bought everything how did you get up to t16 farming without dying to often?
Or did you just die somethimes while currency farming in higher tiers (t14 - t16)?
I know on the first page that OP links spirit offering into his tanky build, but do you think swapping to flesh offering would be better...or would the zombies be too squishy?

I run Flesh Offering due to my minions being resistance capped already, (and being very tanky), and not needing the resistances myself. Haven't tried Bone Offering yet.

precise nearby is HUGE they take my whole screen tested with elorathiel other day.
vicious is better solo then precise/renewal cus vicious gives us 16 % dps and renewal 6.1 and precise 6.6
yea ehp is low cus i dropped shaper gloves, if u wanna keep it you will still have 8k / 9k ehp
i just liked the gloves, makes the game fun.. and its a mini HH
