Dealing Damage faster is just a nice to have thing, but don't buy a Watcher's Eye, that has JUST this mod. The Chaos DoT Multiplier is WAY more important. So if you can't afford that, probably just don't use a Watcher's Eye for now and go with a rare jewel until you can afford the real thing.

Your equip is pretty nice. Actually saving up for a Watcher's Eye would be a good next step IMO.

Quick question: Why is everyone using herald of agony buff effect on the ring? I have increased chaos damage mod. Is buff effect better?

You have a lot of sources of increased damage already, the increased chaos damage only gets added to that, which doesn't amount to that much.
But Herald of Agony grants you 10% MORE poison damage, the Ring effect increases this buff by up to 100% => 20% more poison damage.

"More" means it's a multiplier, contrary to the additive "increased" effect.
So yeah. 10% More is better than 60% increased.

Edit:
For comparison: Swapping my HoAg buff effect ring for one with 60% increased chaos damage costs me ~400k DPS, so it's actually quite a noticable difference.

You gave me the idea, so I payed 4ex for Simulacrum in Standard to try it out with PF. Killed Kosis in 5s on wave 20.
