who doesn’t mind, you can explain how to craft a top amulet (% attributes,% intelligence and damage per intelligence) in new realities?

First you craft one with %int and %att the same way you would craft one with %int and dmg/int but you replace the dmg/int with %att.
You hope and pray to get good 3rd suffix and an empty prefix. Sacrificing Divine orb or 2 to Kuduku might help here. If you don't have free prefix you hope to hit prefix with annul.
then you repeat following until you have dmg/int
craft suffixes cannot be changed
scour all prefixes
exalt slam
exalt slam
On average this will cost about 50 divines (and 50 exalts)

Sacrifice to Kuduku? I've missed a few leagues, care to explain that?
Kuduku is the (false) God of Misfortune. So if they are in control of misfortune, they are also in control of fortune to some extend. And what would be better sacrificial gift to a false god than a Divine orb?
This all of course depends on how superstitious you are.
Is there a reason Vortex is left at level 1 ?
Dose it neagtively affected the build if its any level higher than 1 ?
Its damage is pretty low compared to Icestorm, so keeping it lvl1 saves little bit mana. Few leagues back they changed CwC and CwDT (and other autotrigger gems) so that when they trigger skill, it also costs skills normal manacost. This might mean you run out of mana sometimes if you don't have good manaregen and CwDT is proccing all the time.
But if you don't have manaproblems the level dosen't really matter. Taking the "10% of Damage taken Recouped as Mana" from Mana Mastery trivializes this and lets you run even maps with no mana regen easily.
Is it also because we really only use Vortex to proc culling vs. bosses? So it really doesn't matter how much damage it does, just that it hits.

With the harvest craft there is a possibility to roll 3 prefixes, so you would need to win 50/50 with annul to be able to continue, right?
well mb it was luck or smth...every time after reforge it was 1, max 2 pref...
checked in craft emulator...60-70% it was only 1 pref - infl, only one time 3 pref was after 30 times mb
so if you very unlucky you can get 3 pref after first reforge...but most time it's 1-2 pref after reforge. 1 of them infl... so i thinkg suff lock craft and reforge infl is best way to get % dmg per 15 int
