I mean you can use inspired and headhunter in pretty much any build in the game. It's never necessary, but if you have access to them go for it.

Hello, made this claw, what is the best affix to add from crafting?

I can add one prefix or remove one suffix through beastcrafting and add another suffix.

Prefixes are "more poison damage" and "added chaos damage".

Edit: nevermind, I am an idiot - it's bleed, not poison...

It is a natural roll found only on ilevel 83+ weaponry. You can use Aberrant fossils to increase the likelihood of it appearing. There is only one tier and it cannot be bench crafted.
