I’d rather have a solid defensive flask due to it benefiting both ES and life, but consecrated ground still offer 6% life/sec. I wish I could reliably fit in Purifying Flame.

Edit: I just installed Local Identity...I'm loving it! I hope he works with Openarl to take over, because I think it's very unlikely PoB will survive 4.0 otherwise.

Keep in mind physical damage reduction and resistances receiving increasingly valuable returns the higher up they go. Armour is nice, but it's much less effective against the big hits.

For example, with flasks up I have 18878 armour. On a standard hit for PoB (1233 damage), I have 60% physical damage reduction from armour. However, if you were to go with a Shaper Slam (17067 damage), it drops down to 10%. It makes me seriously reconsider the value of Endurance Charges...

Flasks are interesting though. I think ideally I'd go for:
- Blood of the Karui
- Quicksilver
- Rumi's Concoction
- Basalt
- Jade or Silver or Sulphur

Edit: Even Doedre's Elixir wouldn't be too bad, but I think there are better options.

I am talking about Baran influenced maps, where he taunts. The rediculous lightning damage mobs that oneshot my 6.7k hp + 5.5k ES...
