It basically drops Master Fletcher and takes Rain of Splinters instead. Thanks to this we can repath to Natural Remedies for more flask duration and flask effect for even more defense. Im still not 100% sure about it but I think its an improvement? Makes getting good enough rolls on Progenesis cheaper too


I always love the sound of better defenses, how much dps do you lose from the jewel ?


I actually even gained damage from new mod on quiver freed up by not needing +1 arrow anymore :d

I've temporarily circumvented this by making sure immortal call casts first in the link(top left) so enfeeble casts while IC is on it's internal cooldown, but it'd be nice to make this feel more consistent somehow.

I'd guess the play is to shove a level 4 enlighten in for the consistency. I did grab a jewel with a 3% efficiency roll too.

Am I crazy? Tell me I'm missing something.

No you are correct, even with old amount of mana it was a bit problematic. But I already accounted for that on my char and also in next update, I simply swapped Inc Duration with Lifetap in CWDT link. I think always being able to cast CWDT has higher value than the inc duration link.


Anyway, small build update:

20th April 2023
- Replaced Master Fletcher and +1 Arrow Quiver with Rain of Splinters
- Repathed to Natural Remedies
- Swapped one of ring crafts to - mana cost
- Replaced Increased Duration link in CWDT with Lifetap

Hi, how are you setting up the path of building? I see a count of 10 and then 100% more totem damage?

"2. Find Scourge Arrow under Socket Groups, set count on it to 30 (5 overlaps with 6 ballistas) and tick Include in Full DPS" I see this but im guessing thats old?

Count of 10 because 5 totems and then * 2 release?

100% more from the annointment?
Super tempted to reroll PF to the explody totem build. Anyone tried that?

yea, the overlaps should be at 10 instead of 5.

It is not 100% more, it simulates ballista count, e.g x6 ballistas etc, its 100% more per summoned totem.

EDIT: Updated main post with explanation for the 100% more per totem and also uipdated the configuration section with new values

I was looking at it for a bit when we got the leak for crucible passives because I was already talking with someone who wanted to do decoy totem because of the patch notes before that passive was even revelead but decided that its not super worth doing, its just doing damage but the clear is awkward at best. Also after actually playing the league ubers are already ez mode on my current setup without abusing totem explody so why bother :d

Maybe it's a dump question, but I can't figure out how the Annihilation's Approach works in this build.
Is Approaching Flame Skill only for increase of damage for bosses or likewise and I have to have my life flask running at all time?
Otherwise I die instant all the time in map whenever I forget to press "1" :-)

Yea, you ideally run it all the time and ideally you also try to not forget to press 1 :d You can always just toggle it on/off, toggling it on just for bosses etc is fine as well why not.

it gives us adrenaline which is a big boost to our damage via atk and cast speed, movement, damage reduction
thoughts on incorporating bloodnotch? seems like it would be very op with our petrified blood + progenesis w/ inc flask effect.
