I guess you were following the Kintsugi version, check Changelog in main post, I did quite a few changes to the build since. For stat requirements, its usually easiest to get them on rare rings/amulets/belt. For example you can get like 50+ strength just on belt. For Lioneye's Fall, nope I don't think there is a good node to utilize it with in this build. For armour, yeah rare body with maim and mana cost should now be best because I moved from Wind Dancer to Divine Flesh, so Kintsugi is not that good anymore (even though its still pretty decent). For passive on my actual char, it is now using the updated PoB too (check the main post). Point Blank is just for Divine Flesh, before it was Perfect Agony but as vaal timeless jewels corrupt nodes, it would corrupt our life nodes, so Point Blank is in better spot because nothing important is in radius. So Withering Step looks pretty great as both movement and utility skill, I will be replacing either Blink Arrow or Dash with it, I am not sure yet.
From rest of reveals: So far, no other changes are relevant, except generic chaos damage multiplier, what is sick damage boost, and makes Thicket bow very viable alternative to Darkscorn (because of chaos multi craft) without requiring insane crafts like Vicious Projectiles + Poison delve mod together. So far so good, let's hope they will not nerf SA for some reason. Last season was my first season and loved it, ended up jugg void cyclone after being disappointed with frost blade assassin.
This build looks like a lot of fun, thanks for your work OP, I think it will be my goto for 3.8 | |

So, looks like circles are definitely back, this change alone is huge. Circle of Nostalgia adds around 18% more damage alone to this build (and we do not care about reduced mana reservation of HoAG so we can go increased buff effect and chaos damage or chaos resistance).
From the reveals and leaks so far I expect for this build to have around 30%-40% more damage in 3.8 (probably way more on top end with crafted bow and maybe some modified pathing to more damage). EDIT: And from the rest of poison gem reveals, I dont think I will be using the poison "RF", there is no space for it in the build (it would require like at least 4 link to be effective most likely), so, from the poison gem changes I am probably only sticking with Withering Step addition. Avatar of the hunt is not included in POB but you have it on your char, would it not be good with TR levelong? 6% MS is also nice! Assume for leveling we rush all dps nodes? Any possibility to add 40 akill free as well? Great guide and build, very much looking forward to pushing it in 3.8! /Beast |

" I was using Avatar of the Hunt mostly because I was just farming T16s and delving at the end of the league and I had already more than decent gear so I just picked some damage + speed nodes. For leveling yeah, rushing DPS (and mainly poison chance nodes with damage over time like Hunter's Gambit, Toxic Strikes) will be probably best so when you get first lab you will be able to already benefit from Nature's Reprisal to speed things up. Avatar of the Hunt is very solid early node as well, but I am not sure if I will be picking it early, the opportunity cost is a bit too high. I will be probably reworking the tree after patch notes, so I am not sure if I will have time to also add lower level trees, but hopefully yeah. Had a blast with this build and will most likely pick it up next league as well. I ended up reverting back some of the changes and while I ended up with less life, the movement speed, and extra dodge while channeling made up for it imo.
The precursors emblem was totally not necessary, but got it for a good price and not having to worry about frenzy charges was a nice QOL. Would probably drop the tailsman next league and try to max all resists. Thanks again for the great build! |

" Your changes are very interesting, but yeah, in 3.8 capping chaos res should be ez anyway because of the double chaos res annoint.
