[3.25] Scourge Arrow Poison Prolif Pathfinder - Fast, tanky, fun to play

I have been reading mixed responses online as to whether we want max quality on Scourge Arrow or not.

Some people claim that the increased projectile speed, that comes with quality, will make SA function worse when fighting in closed quarters because the arrows hit the walls before they will spawn pods.

Before I invest in a 21/23 instead of a 21/0, can someone who better understands this topic chime in?

This is true, arrow will place pod on the ground after certain time in air, if it hits any object arrow that it can't penetrate it will disappear and pods wont spawn anymore.

so is the recommendation to use 21/0?

I am confused because I see many builds in this thread using 20/20 or 21/23 so I am unsure what is the best to look for.
I'm using 21/23, it doesn't make big difference for me, mobs will die anyway even if you don't get all the pods (you shouldn't fully channel when clearing maps anyway), and for bosses there is usually enough room to get all pods. It might start to be problematic if you also get projectile speed on other parts of gear.
Imo 23 qual is worth it for the small downside (that doesnt matter 90% of the time), the benefit of having your thorn arrows travel further is too good.

Also, 2 questions :
- does "low tolerance" stacks ?
- do you have any link that deeply explain how poison mechanics works

I think i was pobbing also 2 clusters at some point but that is a lot of poijnts spent so idk if its worth it, but maybe.

it's a great build for clearing i do almost everything the build saids exept not did not try -9 chaos resist on helmet because im using devato but i added my devato your pob and very small change at dps difference with your helmet. Problem is i can't beat bosses sirus aw 8 is a dream for me t16 boss hard too beat i don't know where is my mistake my previus build was two handed cyclone and i was kill all bosses. Can you check my build if there is a mistake ?

oh ok so this build does exist, i kinda figured.

was just thinking about doing a poison PF with the divine flesh and the +3 max chaos cluster jewel for 88% chaos res and crazy tankiness. darkscorn for the physical damage reduction too.

should be able to get very fucking tanky i imagine. i'll probably go IR as well and have access to enduring cry via cluster jewel + anoint.
oh right im going to use sporeguard chest too.

probably change the tree up and try to get two sets of cluster jewels too. shouldn't be too bad and still maintain some decent life.

can't wait to try to optimize this build. getting slightly bored with my current one. hope i don't mind scourge arrow. didn't like it before but since its QoL change (arrows going through doorways thing) i haven't tried it since but hopefully it makes it livable.
