[3.25] Scourge Arrow Poison Prolif Pathfinder - Fast, tanky, fun to play

Spoiler

I think i've done some good crafting there, trying this build for the first time and it's kinda funny i shall say. I struggled before crafting this bow, but now everything's cheese. Still have some difficulties on bosses because i never played scourge arrow so the playstyle is kinda particular, but i'll get used to it. If you have recommandations about what i should change or do next, i'll gladly take it. Thanks for your guide !
Hello, thank you for the very good guide, very detailed and insightful, I love it.

Why use the metallic fossil on a bow?

I am feeling mighty squishy 4.7k life and like 40 dodge at lvl 84 but some megamorphs one shot me and heck delve is giving me issues when I have to fight the 5 exile encounter.

You can try Vaal Grace instead of Stone Golem, it helped a lot for me mainly in short encounters like 5 exiles in delve (and i guess it wwill be pretty strong for Metamorph encounters too).

Thank you ill look forward on the influence changes. I pisked up a bow from a watchstone fight 2+ to gems 38% more poison dmg and attacks penetrate 6% chos res and been using that. And for my chest mangery gave me a 6 link yellow chest i made in to life and rez stick.

The new influences are like holy fuck, they are so good:

- 15% physical damage taken as chaos damage on body (hunter)
- +1% to maximum chaos resistance on quiver (hunter)
- 25% to chaos damage over time multiplier on quiver (hunter)
- 25% faster poisons on bow (hunter)

Basically the hunter influence is completely busted for divine flesh version imo, like, damn.

What should my next upgrade(s) be?
Really enjoying the build so far :)

I would probably try to get Cinderswallow, its big upgrade for mapping. Also depending on how much currency you have, you can start crafting your gear, mainly bow.

Hey, just had a question about support gems. Sometimes you are using unbound ailments and sometimes a different more multiplier. How do I know which is better? In PoB unbound ailments is super inflated just due to how the calculations work, so I'm just wondering your reasoning. Just confused cuz there's so many good choices. Currently using SA-Infused Channeling-Mirage Archer-Vile Toxins-Added Chaos-Deadly Ailments.

CurrentGear

Sitting at overcapped chaos res, just waiting for the price on Legion jewels to stop being ridiculous, waiting for a deal on a spore pod helm to craft it, and waiting for a deal on a circle of nostalgia. Could definitely upgrade my rares a lot but just waiting for the other parts of the build first so I know what to fit in.

Unbound Ailments feels a lot better on bosses, but sometimes I use Vile Toxins instead because that one feels a lot better on short encounters and when mapping (and less coloring ofc). And as I said before, i am so excited for Divine Flesh this league it will be a lot stronger than last league, so GL with the jewel.

Unless you need that extra life from your quiver its generally not worth to upgrade from Drillneck before getting frenzy charge quiver imo. Also one of your rings has 0 life what looks pretty scary :d I would def drop silver flask for atziri promise for now at lest until cinderswallow, and just get onslaught on kill before. Atziri Promise is good for both sustain and damage so it is very nice flask to run.

To remove physical mods from pool what makes crafting a lot easier and grants better results on average (but you have to hit the flat chaos mod instead with this process). You can definitely aim for phys/delve mod bow what will have more DPS but it will be more annoying to craft.

Hi, tanks for the guide, it looks pretty fun.

I have one question if you mind.

What would be you strategy to craft a rare bow ?

I have played ranger a lot but the crafting system of poe is still quite obscur for me...

Thx for everything !

Well I have crafting section in the guide just for that. You just get good bow base and then throw fossils I mention at it until you get result that looks good enough.

do you think Dendrobate is a good option for early game?

Yeah, its decent, but I dont like that it provides no survivability. But for pure damage, it is very good.

Do you recommend another option for Unique body armor besides tabula rasa with more surviability?
