I think even 0.02 over the limit will be a big deal, not the most experienced with CoC builds but I'd say you should be under 7.5, I myself have 7.46 AS.

The threshold is technically something like 7.56 assuming 0 ping and delay so 7.52 shouldn't affect you too much. Just slot your chest skill in your skill bar and monitor the cooldown. Or if you want to be precise, record gameplay and count how many triggers occur in 1 second of that spell.

Correct me if i'm wrong but i've read that the Awakened CoC gem only applies its cdr on the socketed skill which means that your Cospri's procs will be out of sync with the cd from your chest procs, how is that solved or what am I missing?

I don't really follow this specific build but i would like have advice about what to do now with my CoC ice nova.

I have 30ex right now to finance this build.

Also it seems that i'm at 92.01% effective crit chance with cyclone, but doesn't feel like this, idk if i calculated it right).

What are the best upgrade ?

1ex jewels x3 ? (i don't have the slots right now, I just put them on my pob so we can see the number of slots left).
I have increased crit chance on main setup, i could vaal regalia +crit chance and get a bottled faith, it will take like 25ex right off the bat but i would get a gem slot on my main setup.

I can also continue to gamble for cold leech with glorious vanity near MoM (20% life as energy shield, i'll take MoM when i have a good one) so i can use gems like hypothermia instead of leech gems on my weapons.

I can take a 40% helmet too (10ex)

Have boots with cooldown recovery (spent some c without luck) to have a big %increased elemental damage on belt.

Better rings ?

Maybe try to cap hit chance too.
