Path of Exile: Legion Patch Notes
So, unless I missed it, Arc stays unchanged? Disappointing. Last seasons nerf to 25 range was too harsh, I suggest to buff it back a bit to 35 range ASAP.
Also, removing all ES on Occultist WTF? Yeah we get it it was overpowered, but the point of having ES on Occultist (and adding EV -> ES gain on Trickster) was to make it easier to get started with ES CI. Why would you remove all of it? Stop overnerfing stuff GGG please... halving it would've been fine. Finally, it's disappointing to see no good Delve changes. Don't get me wrong, Delve is still the most fun thing in this game, but often rewards feel too random - clearing a Delve 200+ depth currency can give you a single chaos orb, while a depth 20 can give you 2 chaos Orbs. I'm glad to see the nerfs to soulrend and winter orb aren't terrible, I think anyway.
Bane's nerf is pretty hard, but I never used it as my primary damage skill. Elementalist was hit pretty hard, but it has other options to use. Too bad I play Occultist and you shredded my ascendancy. I took vile bastion, wicked ward, void beacon, and withering presence for a reason. They didn't make me overpowered, they made me functional. I like playing es only characters, with all the drawbacks for some niche benefits. Unless that flat/increased es is going to the witch area of the tree that you just ripped out of Occultist I guess if I ever do play the game again it will have to be as my old Elementalist. Basically you want use to just make Inquisitors because you keep burning the Witches. |

Two things that spring to mind:
Queued Skills - HUZZAH! Now I can, maybe, get all of my heralds going with one damn click? I hope? What about doubling up of a skill - such as summoning totems or zombies? Infused Channeling has the 'physical' tag limitation? So... it's now only useful for blade flurry and cyclone? " Considering the number of badges under your name... this is something GGG should have to consider when making such a huge change without adjusting other things to provide a reliable alternative - with perhaps some more investments/sacrifice. Leech should always be, and always have been, from all sources of direct damage (as opposed to remote like mines, minions, ect) rather than just attacks. But, well, with such a monumental speed bump people taking their wallets and leaving is something for GGG to consider - and potentially worry about. Patch Notes 3.15: Fixed a bug where players believed the game was playable. This has been corrected and made retroactive. Patch Notes 3.19: Fixed a bug where players adapted to 3.15.
