Folks,
where do you get this parameter aka 4M DPS, or anything else like this?
From POB i see only DOT dps. Tell me pls.

It is on the first page of this post in:

"How to calculate actual DPS instead of being a Tooltip Warrior"
Sup fellas, casual tooltip warrior with 167k here. I`m kinda endgaming now so wanna perfect my build, and one question haunts me so much. Do "touch of cruelty" work for this build or not? It says
"
Chaos Skills have 10% chance to Hinder Enemies on Hit, with 30% reduced Movement Speed
Enemies Hindered by you take 10% increased Chaos Damage
if it works would be awesome, but do toxic rain really hit?
"

According the wiki it says "The explosion of the Spore Pods counts as a hit, which allows for rapid application of "on hit" effects such as Poison, or Life and Mana Gain on Hit."

So yes it does hit.
how is the -9 chaos res helmet crafted? ilvl 86 hunter hubris circlet and dense+aberrant+perfect fossils?

It does hit, but since we aren't stacking accuracy it might not be very reliable. I heard if you're using aspect of the spider though it "hinders" so should also apply the 10% damage taken condition. Other sources of hinder is wither (totem) and vaal blight, if I remember correctly.

However since it says "enemies hindered by you" not sure if that applies to the totem, because for example kills with totems don't count for "on kill" effects so I'm not 100% sure.

Made a few upgrades from my last post here. I'm feeling more comfortable doing T15s and some T16s, with some careless deaths here and there. Was wondering which areas I can further improve? I was hoping to leap frog into doing juiced T14-T16 maps without much hassle.

I'm sitting at 6k HP/ES and POB shaper DPS is ~400k.

Here's my current gear. Thanks folks!

My current plan was to save up for my BIS bow. I'm sitting on about 6-7ex atm but would that be too big of a jump for me to go straight for the suffix DOT + Attack speed +3 bow?

Can you comfortably farm with what you have? If so I'd press on for the bow. Amulet might be worth it beforehand, getting a +to all chaos gems + chaos DOT Multi can be had for 1-2ex if you aren't picky about the other rolls, but you will most likely lose good resist roll and life roll when you switch unless you spend a lot more, hence why I'd probably just hold out for the bow unless you really need the DPS infusion now.

I actually just redid my tree to work in cluster jewels, bumped up my POB DOT dps to 1.3mil (almost double from before). I do feel comfortable doing all map tiers ATM so I'm gonna take your recommendation to hold out for my bow. As for the crafting process, is there a optimal way to isolate the two suffixes (attack speed and DOT multi)? The bow craft section in this guide only glosses over it.

There's some good discussion on crafting back on page 170 of this thread, I've quoted Piefayth's summary below. The only thing I'd add to Piefayth's summary is you can Alt+Aug when Alt gives you only a prefix modifier, which will save chaos but add a lot of clicking. Be prepared to drop 12ex for this process, if not more. You need 8ex just to finish the bow once you hit a good Dot Multi and Attack Speed roll, and an average of 2K Alts + 1K Augs to hit T1-2 DOT Multi + Attack speed. https://www.craftofexile.com/?b=20&bi=7333&m=alteration&am=aar&ob=both&v=d&a=e&l=a&lg=2&req={%221661%22:{%22l%22:68,%22g%22:1},%221713%22:{%22l%22:1,%22g%22:1}}&bld={}&ggt=|&ccp={}

It wasn't super clear to me in the guide, but the process is basically

1. Alt for t2-t1 dot multi
2. If you hit, regal, regardless of prefix
3. If regal doesn't give you attack speed, scour and goto 1.
3b. If your regal DOES give you attack speed and your prefix is +1 socketed gems, goto 7. Otherwise goto 4.
4. Once you get a 3 affix rare with whatever / dot multi / as, craft "suffixes cannot be changed" and scour. This leaves you with a two suffix rare.
5. Craft "cannot roll attack modifiers" suffix. This gives you a 3 suffix item. That means if you use an exalt, all suffixes are blocked. On top of that, the *only* non-attack prefix you can slam is +1 socketed gems. Source: https://poedb.tw/us/mod.php?cn=Bow
6. Exalt for guaranteed +1 socketed gems.
7. Multimod chaos dot multi & +2 socketed support gems
Wow that breakdown was crystal clear! Should I be maxing out my quality on the bow as well? I know it doens't add to my damage overall but does it affect the likely hood of getting higher tier rolls?

I'm guessing ill be taking any Attack speed roll I get as getting both T1 rolls on AS and DOT will be very expensive per CraftofExile.

I mean I'd up it to 20% quality, even though it doesn't do much. As far as I am aware quality doesn't affect rolls like it does linking. It's just one of those, at the point you're in for 10ex, why not.

Correct- T1 rolls on DOT and AS is unrealistic, and I wouldn't recommend it unless you're willing to drop serious currency. I don't think you'd realistically do Alt+Aug+Regal for it anyway, probably beast craft to imprint a T1 DOT Multi then roll AS from there. I wouldn't even go down that road until everything in your build is perfect.

Note to make sure you're using a good bow base before you start dumping alts. Maraketh is good for movement speed, thicket is high attack speed base, and imperial bow is super cheap for a 6L.
