Hello,

For the Watcher Eye should I prioritize:
-Unaffected by Bleeding while affected by Malevolence
or
-Non-Channelling Skills have -10 to Total Mana Cost while affected by Clarity

Thanks,

I recently bought my watchers eye with only malevolence, allows me to have anti-freeze, ignite and poison on pots so I never really die from something stupid. Would have looked into clarity but I don't use the ability and the prices I saw were insanely high.

What else am I able to do to minmax the build? Pob says I only deal 63k in DoT DPS, is that low?

P.S, just recently switched to having a 5link QoTF with second wind support and let me tell you this, it is 100% worth it. Clear 16s in under 4 minutes with little to no troubles.
Went ahead and tackled the challenge that requires you to kill the Elder Guardian on a 100% Delirious map. Managed to do both the map and the guardian deathless, and I recorded the actual Guardian kill. Just to confirm that this build can absolutely do it, and do it well;

More info on my build is in the description.

Thanks for the build btw! I'm sorta new to this game but with this build I managed to kill uber elder, uber atziri, and awakening level 8 sirus. Build so far:

Spoiler

Do you think damage on full life support would be better than mirage arrow? PoB increases my DoT dps by 40k
First of all, thanks to @typicaldemon & @Viktranka for inspiration. Secondly, done all content in the game with my setup (Uber Atziri, Uber Elder, Kosis + Omniphobia in 1 wave at 20th wave, Sirus 8 and such).

PoB - https://pastebin.com/DEN4XPKH

Things worth to mention - it's not a budget version, most of the gear was crafted myself. BiS bow, double DoT t1 Quiver, double DoT t1 gloves, explode/blind chest, double Malevolence Watcher's Eye, max lvl awakening gems and such.

Also I'm using new cluster jewels, which are very powerful imo. Right now sitting at 40th place by DPS in poe.ninja - 173k (with no bullshit conc effect)

Shortly: I'm using Spider + Clarity lvl1 + Malevolence + Discipline. 97lvl - 6,9k eHP with Thread of Hope jewel, also Charisma cluster to use all 4 auras (131 mana left with enlighten 3). On bosses - Vaal Grace + Vaal Discipline + Vaal Clarity + Vaal Haste = nearly immortal/untouchable.

Feel free to play with my char in PoB or see it just here, profile is public.
Abaxoth for map boss!!!
so whats better mirage archer or efficacy support??
Does anyone know the DPS weights for cluster jewels? I'm thinking Wicked Pall and Unholy Grace are gonna be top form us but Im not sure

That depends on your character setup (for example how much total damage you gain from the 30% increased in chaos nodes vs. 10% multiplier from tempered arrowheads in bow nodes), but those 2 you mentioned are indeed very good because both attack speed and skill effect duration are desirable stats, on top of the chaos damage increase.

Medium clusters can be more efficient at lower budget, because big cluster you would want to aim at perfect jewel: 8 passives + 3 notables + 2 sockets preferably, while medium can be 4 or 5 nodes, 2 notables and just 1 jewel to be optimal.

Eternal Suffering and Circling Oblivion provide skill duration as well, so they could be in the "target" pool. Vile Reinvigoration, Flow of Life, Brush with Death and Exposure Therapy provide a balanced node with both damage and defensive properties.

I think cluster jewels are very efficient once you exhaust the closest vicinity of the passive tree and start going into "must spend x points on travel to reach next useful node", but on the other hand especially on large jewels there's a big passive point waste if you have a 12-pointer vs. 8-pointer, passive points are a limited resource, the more meaty notables you have and fewer small nodes, the better.

Yes, you spend 3 points of travel to pick the initial socket and then waste 1 point each time you socket another sub-cluster in, but then I'd say you can probably find nodes on the default tree that require 3+ points of travelling which give just 10 int or dex each.

If you want to know specific values, you need to POB your character, and if POB doesn't support specific node (I have that problem with tempered arrowheads for some reason), you'd have to make a custom item, like a plain normal jewel, write the stats there and check how much dps gain it's supposed to give. It's harder to evaluate gain from attack speed, there's a formula for that somewhere at the bottom of original guide.
unspeakable gifts sounds good for clearing and looks the most expensive when paired with wicked pall + 2 jewel sockets
