which one should i use ?
the one with incr chaos damage + skill effect duration or damage over time multiplier?

Waste of a gem slot for spell you cast once in a blue moon, if you mean vaal blight.

If you mean self casting normal blight, doesn't make sense in this build, only in builds like essence drain or bane where your main spell has downtime.

If you mean blight totems, they're too short range therefore less reliable than wither totems in all aspects.

Magnifier:
10% increased Area of Effect and Area DMG
+10% critical strike multiplayer

Powerfull Assault:
20% increased Area DMG and 10% knockback chance

Is it worth using or is it crap?

blink arrow is for culling strike

I believe you can put Culling Strike onto Flame Dash but it will only work if you run through the enemy, not if they walk over the flames (as the former is a 'hit' and the latter is not)???

30% phase acro
10% escape artist
16% atziri step
10% quartz flask
= 66% base then you can get another 5% from lunaris pantheon and either 5% from boot enchant or 6% from boot corruption
That should settle you.

Now that VP bows cant be crafted isnt it just going to be better to get a +5 bow with crafted DoT or DoT multi?
Haven't done the calcs in PoB or anything but i feel like its going to be even better than VP.

Imo you should start by delve crafting a +3 bow
Get a 3 socket resonator and socket aberrant + corroded + metallic fossils
Shouldnt take more than 5 tries from my expirence
After that drop efficacy and get a level 3 empower

When you accumulate some currency you can get a dying sun and after that it's mostly about getting 21/23 gems.

Also you can annoint "Corruption" with 1 crimson and 2 black oils.
