Start working towards getting a 6-link bow, target is a +3 bow, all the options should be listed in the guide from cheap to expensive.

Also work towards getting lvl 21 tr gem either by saving currency or by levelling tr to 20 and corrupting them with vaal orb or altar in temple.

If you get a 6-link, rank 3 empower should be the goal until you can afford rank 4 (usually very expensive).

After that look into getting upgrades on quiver (chaos multi / dot multi) / amulet (+1 to chaos / dex gems & chaos multi) and gloves (chaos multi), most of these items will have to be hunter base, gloves can be elder too afaik.

all small notes are 12% chaos + 2% attack and cast speed with chaos skills. its sweet

First time playing TR, really fun, clear is good (amazing with a swap to Nova Caustic Arrow), single target is really good,6.5k eHP for now, a few one-shot here and there but overall really nice.



Next upgrade is obviously a Vertex, then maybe a better belt.
Not planning on going QotF, I'd rather use a tanky chest (the one I have might take a while to replace).
Upgrading the bow will be expensive, and more AS means that I'll probably need to get a Xopec + craft -mana cost ring to sustain (if that's still possible...). Bane + Despair is an experiment, it's hard to figure out if Bane actually gives meaningful damage... I may just go to self cast Despair in the end.

They nuked a lot of temple mods but the patch notes say:

The "Xopec's" modifiers can no longer appear on boots, gloves or helmets. The amulet version now grants increased maximum mana, rather than flat mana regeneration. This affects existing items with this modifier.

Nothing about rings... Unless stealth nerf who knows.

They did nerf it a couple of patches ago though that you can't craft Elreon's -mana mod on a temple ring with the same mod, so those juicy double mod ones are legacy only.

damage and clear speed is nice - need to get more money for vertex and better bow - before uber laybrinth it was so squishy but after that , its nice .
