[3.10] 🐉 Dragon's Breath Elementalist - Incinerate

I'm probably missing something but why do you want +1 to frenzy charges? I don't see in what way you are generating those charges in the first place!!
+1 to Minimum number of charges means you allways have one even without charge generating ability

+1 frenzy charge (which is the minimum) gives +4% cast speed and +4% more damage (which is A LOT, "more damage" is applied on top of everything, so this is already more than Divine Judgement gives for example). And with +2/+3 charges it's even more.
I might be missing something but on PoB CWDT is level 13 while stone golem is 20 not sure if you didn't want it to automatically do it but I assumed so since they are in the same area

You can put golem on either lower level to proc with cwdt or raise cwdt level if you want.

i am guessing we can go away with "Heart of flame" and some other jewel sockets and minor HP nodes to insert Cluster Socket near Minion Instability.

We can add large cluster like this one?

I have been experimenting in my PoB with more or less the same thing as you mentioned but it doesn't seem worth it without 2 more jewel sockets for medium ones. I have even created strong area and channel medium clusters with stuff like Titanic Swings, Assert Dominance, Hex breaker (which is very strong imo) and Rapid infusion, but I am not sure yet how much worth it even this is.

My idea would be to gain a QoL Area of effect by replacing Concentrated effect with Controlled Destruction in order to not have to swap gems all the time. With the above clusters we have 200% area of effect without the Increased Area of Effect gem and practically the same damage (3% less dmg with the clusters), so the same as in the original build. And pretty much all of the rest, Life/Dodge etc, remain the same.

Together with Cremator which boosts the survivability against on-death effects and Hex breaker, this (huge for some ppl) Quality of Life change was so far in my mind the only thing worth it to go through the trouble of messing with clusters. So I am not sure if it is worth it in the end, it also depends on how available are 8 slot/2 socket large cluster jewels with the notables we want (right now around 1ex), as well as the medium ones. Another consideration would be to see how the gameplay feels with 4% crit chance for Elemental Overload with CD, but I would assume this should be fine.

It's also 1m more dps while mapping, so there is also that.

I'm pretty new to the game, should I try to find the items with the right sockets or it's more efficent to craft it myself ?
Just try to find them in the early levels (till 50-60) and then you can start craft the colours.
Please answer this question. In my PoB, some support skills do not seem to work. Increased area of effect, concentrated effect and inspiration do nothing! Checking ''uses inspiration charges'' also does nothing. What is going on? I imported my build into PoB and I use inspiration and increased area of effect in a 6 link but it doesnt work??
