No, but it affect our spells, and we use storm brand to apply that effect on enemy. And while enemy under that effect, you can say that everything that hitting that enemy benefiting from it.

Yeah I already checked to make sure it's socketed to the weapon, still the same.

It's strange but in POB, when I click both Minion has frenzy and power chage, dps increased by 50%

That's not really that strange, because we don't really stack much attack speed on that build, so 45% attack speed from 3 frenzy charges by itself is already about 22% more damage. Add 12% more damage from frenzy charges as base, and another 9% more damage due to 600% increased critical strike on 3 power charges. Together they add for about 50% more damage.
I don't really like to count on power charges though. In contrast to frenzy charges, power charges can't really be maintained outside of map clears.
But nevertheless, that still strange. Can you give me pastebin of your PoB?

Btw, I crafted this one with enchanted fossil today, what should I do to get +3, minion life and high hp? Spam chaos or bound/pristine?

Inserted 2h mace into your PoB.
Originally it was 7 golems, max charges, 537k per golem, full dps 537k*7=3,759m

With 2h mace, it was 6 golems, no charges, 598k per golem, full dps 598k*6=3,588m

While on your PoB it was indeed slightly less damage, it's not as absurd, as 17% less as you claimed. Strange.

And while i at it, i checked the reason of lesser damage. It's your jewels. You have too many harmonies. If you change 2 of them into eminence, then your damage will be 548k per golem, which is 3,836m dps.
Consequently, with 2h mace it will be 647k*6=3,882m dps.

It was because due to having less eminence, and therefore 40% reduced attack speed, there was better results from having 45% attack speed from frenzy charges. Nevertheless, even with clayshaper version, 3 eminence have better DPS, but in 2h mace version it especially true, due to not having 45% attack speed from charges, and therefore better yields.

P.S. Oh, yeah. Almost forgot another point. 2h mace will free you 1 point on the skilltree, due to not having necromantic aegis :)

By the way, why isn't anybody talking about the staff with +3 to all cold spell gems (global)?
This thing can be crafted in pretty sweet addition to the build.

Damn, I realize my mistake. While copying from Trade it also copies some extra information which make the stat unusable. I fixed that and it is as what you said.

Everyone.
Feeding frenzy works though.
There were some dude, that claimed that if you link feeding frenzy to your golems, it will force aggressiveness on primordial might to turn on, even if you remove feeding frenzy right after. But you need to do it every map though.
Didn't tried that though.
