EDIT : its Increased cooldown recovery speed and not cooldown reduction. Therefore the formula is :
Cooldown×(100/(100+ICRS)

so you should reach 52% CDR to reach the 3 tick (99ms) procc rate. Which is impossible.

So its either 0% or 14%. Everything above is useless.

Why is it impossible? I have belt 20% CDR, boots 15% CDR, aura 24% CDR. Total 59% CDR.

What aura gives 24% ???

Flesh and Stone 24% CDR. Im using 3 auras, FaS, Disciplene and Herald of Ice. In delve 600+ using Enfeble instead Herald.

If flesh and stone CDR applies to every spells (not only to blood and sand) then you should be able to reach 52%. Therefore APS should be slightly bellow 10,1.

Thank!
7.46 attacks per second on cyclone and 14% cdr on belt. Am I good to go?

I don't think flesh and stone/blood and sand applies to spells.

I tried testing this using focus and it did not lower it's cool down. Makes me think it would not affect spells either but I couldn't really find any information to support/disprove this.

Hi, I'm looking for some advice what should I change next.
I'm not sure about my gems setup.
Right now my goal is to buy Cooldown belt

Note that many builds run Onslaught (flasks). Be sure to check APS while Onslaught is active. I had to drop my Silver Flask to stay under 7.5.

Hey guys first time playing a COC build, just been reading up on CDR. I bought a belt a while ago that only has 13% reduction. My currenct APS on cyclone is 7.46. Am I screwed? Posted my gear below.

Spoiler

Also what should I prioritize gearwise in improving DPS. Still leveling so I haven't completely finished the tree yet.

Cheers

I *believe* the reason you want a 14% CDR belt is because it causes Ice Nova / CoC to trigger 1 extra time per cycle, provided you are < 7.5 APS. In other words there are two parts to the puzzle. Maybe Divine that belt or buy another? If I'm understanding the research I've done, this should be a significant boost for you in DPS.

Based on your gear, here's what else I'd prioritize.

- Upgrade your movement flask. Alchemist's Quicksilver Flask of Adrenaline is amazing for clear speed. Bauble the rest.
- Are your gems 21/20+ ?
- Boots and Helmet enchant. These will be major upgrades. 40% Ice Nova for example. Penetration or flat lightning on boots; great for bossing.
- Jewels (can't see yours, but these are typically end-game upgrades)
- Try a Dying Sun (I bought one yesterday, it's great for clearing)
- Glove enchant. Not sure what's best but easy and free DPS.
- Are you sure Lycosidae isn't higher damage than Light of Lunaris? Both are viable but never missing is...amazing.
