You need to follow the gem link lines. Immortal call needs to come after blood rage. So the setup you desribed should work as well, as Cast when damage taken will trigger your golem, then blood rage, then immortal call.

Scion would work just fine on the Ice version, you'll just lose out on some tasty -20% resist and freeze nodes, but you'll gain some extra stats, reflect immunity, and some other extras.

How many your total int now?

And about Blood rage, you stop killing mobs or what? Or you run all map with blood rage on? Or you use it only on bosses and syndicate? How correct to use it? Can you give a few advices about it...

And hypothermis must have on weapon? Cause i think i can put somthing more damage there... Or i'am wrong? For example 50% area damage blue stone...

2000+ INT for endgame is fine in my opinion, you can reach even higher with good gear.

Blood rage is socketed all the time, just quickly take it off/take it on if you stop killing mobs to gather loot for a longer period of time so the degen doesn't affect you. As long as you leech Blood rage should be no problem at all.

I use Hypotermia on both staves(clearing one and boss one). I only switch it in clearing staff with Cold Penetration if map has +elemental resistances mod

Random quick thought here: if you're using a -6-7 to Total Mana of Skills ring, and you only have Frost Bomb linked to Arcane Surge, you probably want to get a level 21 Frost Bomb so it can continue to properly provide Arcane Surge.

Wow, thanks for that, I totally spaced on that interaction.
Idk if you still can do it, but add tag for occultist to this thread. I was looking for it with occultist tab on witch page and it's not visible. People might easily not see it if they're looking for occultist build. And that would be shame wouldn't it?

I saw you're using a rare shaped amulet with int and 1% increased damage per 15 int, how big is the diff between that and astramentis?

I changed a 6% Int corrupted Astramentis for that Shaper amulet (which was cheaper even only 3 exalts). I may say that the Shaper amulet is better when it comes to damage output, i lost about 450 ES but the gain in damage output was quite big (approx. 10-15% average hit values for IceStorm).

For Winter Orb the gain in damage output is even bigger since that 1% increased damage per 15 intelligence is full benefit for it. Any problem i had with T15-T16 incursions clear speed, after this change, it is gone.

So i may say that a Shaper amulet with int and %damage per int is always better than an Astramentis (even % int corrupted one) as long as you manage to reach your needed Str and Dex values from that Shaper amulet and other sources
