Update on this.. I believe the drop rate on the div cards has been nerfed or I am extremely unlucky. I have fully cleared 15 Western Forests and haven't seen a single card drop. I will update this when I see results.

** EDIT ** was able to farm enough currency to outright buy a staff in HC, yet never saw a div card drop for it. I wouldn't recommend trying to farm the staff unless it's your only option.

Also experiencing the issue with Spell Echo not functioning. Has to be a bug.

im leveling right now without spell cascade, area without conc eff (for bosses) is not that bad, at most a little inconvinience, but also dmg boost

probably conc effect for bosses, inc effect for clear

build is definitely still fine, I tried with faster casting and that felt nice. Arcane surge would probably also be a good option.

With the lastest patch wwe should habe plenty of other sup gems to use.

I have only played the Scion version so far, and there Spell Echo was the only option to improve our clear and made it feel comfortably for me.

That said i have big hopes for winter orb to make the clear feel good without cascade, if it is a intented change and wont be fixed

I guess all we can do is wait...

Hi everyone i've got a question, on pob i see that spell cascade is used on the staff, but game says it doesn't support either of the skills we are using, namely WO and Icestorm. So my question is, for what reason are we using this gem? Am i missing something here?

read lst 2 pages, basicly looks like stealth nerf, but firestorm still behaves the same, bug report submited, i'm waiting for reply, until then run inc area or conc or any other dps gem (im personally running conc)

Couple of questions.

According to latest PoB, 1.4.132, Vaal Pact and Ghost Reaver have no effect in the build numbers, is it a bug or a change related to energy leech actually being ingame now?

Also, everyone talking about spell echo not working, but in the build guide it says to use spell cascade, not echo. which one should i use?

Is anyone else noticing that Energy Leech doesn't seem to work when Icestorm is cast via channeling Winter's Orb? Is that intended for the build?
