omg that's so weird that "Close Range" and "Projectile Travel Distance" are 2 separate checks, but ok I'll take it.
Also regarding the rage I don't really see the point in putting it into Elemental Hit. It boosts elemental hit. I could manage to bring up the "Rage 0-50" checkbox socketing rage into frenzy here. It does not affect elemental hit damage at all so the only thing we Rage for is for the duration of the Berserk. btw since I have one spare socket I got ice golem. It dies all the time but whatever. Yeah but if you put Rage on Frenzy the rage toolbox is grayed when you are calculating EH , no dmg difference no matter the value :(
Anyway, the most important thing is, how does it feels when playing? I know that the extra move speed , attack speed and dmg from rage feels great and having another "Oh shit" button with pretty low cd for dangerous mosters is also great but you are taunting mobs , Chief is more tanky and also leech so no big deal. Im guessing that since Hiero does so much dmg and place totems faster , mobs still dont have that much chance to hit you , taunt or not taunt. https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2844110

OVERPOWERED STUFF
went to my very 1st simulacrum. died at wave 20. All I was doing is putting totems during Rage in front of this silo then running back - ezpz. lmao wtf I literally facerolled 2nd simulacrum and at wave 20 I just get oneshotted. I got to the boss with 5 deaths (cuz totems stay while you're dead) but then I got offscreen oneshotted again. Am I missing something? wtf

" XD , its Kosis? that damned thing hits like a truck. I got near to him ONLY with Berserk active, put some totems and get away. Or Berserk , the get near him , Fortify , totems , back to get more Rage for next Berserk. 1. As Kikeuy has pointed out, you are lacking a lot of accuracy. I would suggest looking for more Flat Accuracy and here are some some possible places to look for
1A. A Rare Glove with the following - 14%+ Attack Speed - 481+ Accuracy - 70+ Life This glove will give you much more DPS than your current one even though it will be missing the 30% projectile damage. 1B. Another source for Accuracy will be from the Abyss Jewel which we can get up to 240 to replace the current one on your Stygian Vise. You can look for an Abyss Jewel with these affixes in addition to the Accuracy Affix

2 Prefix from below - Adds (16–18) to (27–32) Fire Damage to Bow Attacks - (Defensive option) +(101–180) to Evasion Rating - (Defensive option) +(36–40) to maximum Life 2 Suffix from below - +(9–12)% to Global Critical Strike Multiplier - +(3–5)% increased Attack Speed - +(121–240) to Accuracy Rating 1C. Reassigning some of the points in your Passive Skill Tree into the Acuity Notable, which provides lots of accuracy and also some dexterity. I see that you have allocated 2 points to get the +30 Dexterity Notable above Lava Lash Notable. These 2(+1 more from somewhere) can be reassigned towards getting the Acuity Notable. 2. Cinderswallow Urn's "Enemies Ignited by you during Flask Effect take 10% mod doesn't helps us although it shows the DPS increase in POB. Consider using another flask if you are using Cinderswallow for this mod. 3. Dying Sun might not be helping as much as you are already using 9 Totems which means 27 projectiles and that probably provides a good enough area coverage. Could consider using another flask instead. For Points 2 and 3, if going for DPS flasks, you can consider A. Silver Flask B. Sulphur Flask Both with the Acceleration suffix(8-12% Attack Speed) if you don't need other suffix. so any ideas what to do with simulacrum 20? Is that chaos damage or physical?
I just tried blasphemy temp chains, well, it's useless for the boss. I feel like I have to run enfeeble on blasphemy. Blasphemy kinda synergies with Point Blank playstyle. I was watching the ziggyd bleed archer build and he runs AS AN ARCHER with molten shell and armor and does just fine with wave 20 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1FJbSDBLoMk) without any totems or any AI distracting units Then I thought about swapping out the quicksilver flask for something to boost ehp. Basalt is good. I'm also looking at Iron Reflexes/Brass Dome/Basalt/The Perfect Form. Getting a body armor will give us socket so we can slot in molten shell, but it feeds off armor, which we can get from something like Brass Dome + Basalt with increased armor mod. It's actually crazy as it gives literally 6% -> 70% phys reduction WITH ACROBATICS. The problem is, by swapping Kaom out my hp down down from 5500 to 4300. It's still 25-30% more ehp vs physical damage, but for spell damage or chaos damage it's an absolute rip. but overall I think even with kaom and dodges, running at 10% evade and 15% phys reduction is something that feels wrong |
