i used PoB version 1.4.99 , this is latest version i can find on the internet , but i still can't import pastebin ...

Could you drop bloodseeker and go a higher physical rapier then pick up vaal pact?

don't follow this built, changed gems to damage on full life, next thing is that slayer is better (overleech) and last but not least get higher phys weapons with vaal pact.
