Lioneye's Glare is our only option now?

I did the Quill Rain build and I haven't had as much fun with a build in a long time. I couldn't keep my stacks up because things were dying too fast.

With the Quill Rain nerfs, is the Lioneye's Glare build going to be ok as a league starter for 3.5?

Yeah, looks lke RIP Quill Rain. And Glare is OP for end-game now.
For levelling i would still use Quill Rain for sure

yeah there's plenty of damage

I think storm cloud the tempest will be good for leveling

sorry i got confused. glare has 20% + elemental damage. both chaos and poison are not elemental damage. will it still help our dps?

That the implicit mod of Imperial bow and you're right it not help.......but

It is between fastest bow
It has a good physical dmg
It can nevers miss
It has Far Shot Passive
And a plust 90 mana that is not bad.

I make a lot of try in std



I get 11k dmg of dot dmg and using

Toxic Rain -> Efficacy -> Vicious Projectile -> Void Manipulation -> Swift Affliction AND Faster Attack is good enough but it is not good as Quill rain
