Kim Kardashian. Because she IS America.

Be ready. You're not paranoid, you're PREPARED.

I quit this game every few months and so should you to continue playing it in the future.

The device is believed to have been dropped

I'm horrified, but then again, she would keep her constituents real nice and safe.

Eurpoeans got that type of angry out of their system in the medieval period.

After you burn tens of thousands of people at the stake, what's a little vaping?

Q: What would Kanye do with Kim as Prez?

Try to make it about him obviously.

Q: How would Kanye make Kin being president about him?

That's had me stumped. I know jack shit about them really, uh he designs skeezy... what are the shoes? E... Yeezys? Yeezys. Ridiculous ugly shoes that cost an arm and a leg. So I guess he might remodel the White House extensively. Are you allowed to do that? Well, he would.

Then uh does he make music? Might make a line of First Man body sprays?

Boring shit, all over social media. Blow up Twitter, that kind of thing.

Q: This has come from listening to a song a few times in a row, which I do sometimes. Do you ever listen to ten hour/ eight hour whatever long loops of single songs? If so, what happens? If not, will you go try it out and report back?

That sounds about right. Seems they're earworms that worm in and can tune other stuff out, but once you tune back in and notice, they get really annoying.

Q: Do you like pop culture? What do you like the most or least about it?

Ambivalent.

Sometimes I think if we didn't have plastic, we wouldn't have pop culture, and fundamentally I don't like plastic, aside from the durable kind that goes in spaceships and prosthetics and a thousand other things. I dislike plastic bags, packaging, clothes, cheap furniture, cutlery, etc etc etc...

I like the way pop culture invites references, and is malleable. Like the way is crosses boundaries, mashes up, is colourful and optimistic.

Dislike how crap most of it is, and how meaningless. Pop culture is an oxymoron, and knows it so, back to it is what you make of it.

Q: Do you have a favourite mashup tune? I've asked this before, but why not. Different time, different people possibly answering.

Bill Withers and Pantera - Use My Mouth for War

What's your favorite song cover?

This is mine. :)

Edit: Changed the last link because I already linked it in this thread apparently.
Just a lowly standard player. May RNGesus be with you.

Stop trying to make people play the game like you do. If they don't enjoy it how about just leave it at that?

Just goes to show it is your favourite.

That's a tough question, as covers are something of a passion for me. Been thinking about sailing today, so will go with the one that popped into my head first, as a result, and thinking on it, for more than that:

Seu Jorge - Changes

It would be in my top ten, regardless of it I combed through and selected others. Bowie understood the perils of being a chameleon, on a personal self-questioning level (how authentic am I, who am I really?), and in the eyes of others. There's a pushback too in it

And these children that you spit on
As they try to change their worlds
Are immune to your consultations
They're quite aware of what they're goin' through

that's inspiring to me, that strength. There's something steady about it though, timeless, it's really beautiful. Our small struggles are nothing to the great river of time, and how much is around us and through us and we're not ego driven content generating islands but connected to sources all around, rippling away, so we can go easy and be gentle with it too, and it's not like we're engaging in a run for president, or something. If we are, we'd be listening to something else, entirely. Seu's rendition adds layers of enjoyment, as Portuguese is so rich and redolent with emotion. I don't speak it, just hear that there, and know the words.

Doesn't belong to just me, either. One of those songs that speaks to us if we're in a time of change, especially.

Oh and Bill Murray association (Seu and his guitar were all through Life Aquatic), gotta love that. My winter beanie this year is red, like this one, just as a by the by. Had it from last year, it's been my choice of hat to walk places in.

Q: Worst cover, and why?

Oh just realised the date (good old Sunday lose track) it's Bastille Day. Huh. Cool.
