More you need to hit - better will be dd, so it better for fat targets. Also there is too much criteria to explain if we go deeper. And best way - math what will give you more dps, or give numbers when you ask such question.

ah I see. how much has a citrine amulet with +1 int gems usually costed in previous leagues? so far the cheapest one I saw this league was 60c and it had bad stats

Hey, I want to swap to the spider build for a faster clear speed (use SD for the moment) but I read now People don't play with evf and use barantide for boss fight.

Where can I find those spectre ?

And I was wondering if in spider build we are able to farm t14-t16 blighted map ? (currently with my stuff and use SD I can't do the blight map.

I just made a couple big purchases (+1 all int skill amulet and 21/20 raise spectre). What are the next few things I should upgrade? I just spent everything I had so I am poor now. If you have to look at my character go for it. I got 7015life, 884es, 100+ elemental res. If anyone has time can you please tell me how much DPS I do? I am terrible at doing/looking for stuff on Pob to find my dmg.

Just killed Sirus on AL5 with 2xSD 2xBT 1xBS only one of my SD's died during fight. Last phase was tricky with his lasers. Did it with 2 Portals left. Here is my gear. Oh and also done on only a 5 link Raise Spectre Setup.

Ofc. In fact any build may do any boss, even with 1k dps, but till boss do not have some sort of regen.
All depend on your survivability. So yes, it is still viable.

Only a small nerf. Lost two levels on spectres.
For example, in 3.9: level 25 gem = level 85 spectre. Now in 3.10, gem level 25 = level 83 spectre.

It's about 10% less DPS and 15% less life. It's not a problem at all.
