thanks to Uberelite for that
Should be around 600k to 2.5 million DPS in most setups at level 84 spectres. Even at level 68 they are already over 500k....
I was using bearded shamens shock nova for my planning too. We probably both found it was the first lightning + AOE spectre in the alphabetical list haha
Do you know how these numbers were generated? I pasted that jewel in and get 1.7 Mil DPS per spectre which I don't believe is accurate. I went back and looked at a video I took of killing a 40% more monster life pheonix which I think should result in 18Mil life and it took around 18 seconds for my spectres to kill.
This was with increased aoe and non quality gems but even with those changes the DPS with that jewel reads at 4Mil total. The spectres spend fractions of seconds killing the mobs but from appearances my *actual* DPS was closer to 1Mil with my clearing setup not 4Mil
I wonder if that jewel is adding in the damage of slave drivers on top of the damage from bearded shamen and then giving you the total of both?
Minion builds in particular tend to be misrepresentative/fuzzy when looking at pob numbers so I don't tend to take their final readouts that seriously. I mostly find it useful to compare like with like. Changing a weapon or tree to see what % the number went up or down by as that should remain true regardless of other factors that may be incorrectly projected.

For pledge of hands, in POB, you have edit out the Greater Spell Echo in POB and add the line
socketed gems deal 35% more spell damage
Socketed gems have 50% increased area of effect
Then socket the spectres into it
They also repeat 2 additional times so the damage is higher than it appears on paper, and may not need spell echo.
Since spell echo has the less damage modifier on it
According to the wiki you replace the greater spell echo line with 35% more if not using spell echo but 52% more if you are since it grants extra damage per repeat and echo adds an additional repeat. There shouldn't be any 'not on paper' damage though as it doesn't add hidden cast speed the 'repeats' are functionally the same as normal casts with normal cast speed except with the damage bonus that is accounted for
I have not tested pledge with spectres as I'm not generally a huge fan of block (too hard to get good spell block and spells are the deadlier ones IMO) but this was understanding of how it worked.
I did briefly test pledge with flame golems to see if the repeating made it less important to stack skill cooldown reduction, sadly it did not and actually made the setup slightly worse since it just locked them into their worse spell for longer whenever they used it over the good spell

the jewel hack just adds the difference in base damage between the Bearded Shamen and the Slave Drivers at level 82

What about the cast speed? Where is that 50% more coming from? Something to do with the base cast time of the two spells perhaps? I don't know the base cast time of either to be honest

quick update... continued to play around with the SD's. lost all 4 on a t15 legion encounter. wiped all 4 out in seconds. Level 84 sd's.
good for some stuff... not legion...

You need to get about 1% minion leech for them to sustain well in endgame
You don't appear to have made up for the spectres elemental resistances.
Yours have
30% from raise spectre gem
8% from victarios charity
You don't have
20% from commander of Darkness (necromancer)
The remaining 17% you can get from sacrifice (tree) or jewels
Your specters are taking more then double the elemental damage then those who gets their resistances capped.

Wrong build... I have 4 spec builds. scratchyballs is my jugg/necro. More of a fun build.
Check my necro witch. Standard build.
Legion stuff can be way over the top.
SD's died in seconds... That fast.

Ah, Fair if you've already changed stuff then not sure what to say except that was not my experience
I got jewels to cap mine to 75% resistance and 1% leech and it was all I need to farm uber elder for a while which involved a ton of T15 legion fights with all sorts of mods and my specters never died. Only thing they couldn't do was elemental reflect and hall of the gransmasters

I just keep spec gem location the same and just move gear around. saves having to re-summon specs more than once.
curious to see how the SD's do in delve. Thats another high dps area that can get very rippy fast.
On a fair note - I do try and grab every yellow legion mob possible before the timer goes off. Think I had over 10 active on that palace map. And it was a tight area.
On the jugg necro have yet to lose a spec even with the low resistance. DPs is high with the 3 slum lords so most stuff does not last long.

Leveling as this now. I was able to do Normal Lab with SD in Wraithlord, after that everything is fine.
Before that I tried every minion skill and it was awful.
I'd recommend doing Storm Brand until 38.

giving it another go... Being a bit more spec aware on those big legion pulls.
