OK, this is the problem I ran into last league, and ended up with a lot of skill gems I wasn't sure whether I was supposed to use or not.
The issue is the transition from the levelling guide (5-10) to the league starter (Minion Army.) Here are the compared skill gems. UPPER CASE is where the two builds differ. ----------------------- 5-10 chest: raise spectre, spell echo, minion damage, elem focus, predator, CONTR DESTR MA.. chest: raise spectre, spell echo, minion damage, elem focus, predator, HYPOTHERMIA/GMP 5-10 helm: srs, unleash, min dam, INFERNAL LEGION MA.. helm: srs, unleash, min dam, MULTISTRIKE 5-10 glove: raise zombie, stone golem, meat shield, min dam MA.. glove: -- same -- 5-10 boots: skitterbots, INFERNAL LEGION, ELEM FOCUS, VITALITY MA.. boots: skitterbots, HATRED, GENEROSITY, CONVOCATION 5-10 1H: HOLY FLAME, PHANTASM, COMBUSTION MA.. 1H: DESECRATE, BONE OFFERING, VAAL SKELETONS (trigger a socketed spell affix needed) 5-10 shield: FLAME DASH, CONVOCATION, DESECRATE MA.. shield: STORM BRAND, HEXTOUCH, FROSTBITE 5-10 ring: NOTHING MA.. ring: unset, with FLAME DASH In the ritual league I just switched from the levelling gems to the spectre build and then to SRS eventually, but that was very inefficient, as I had to recolor sockets too often and relevel up gems. What is the correct transition? Assume I want to do league starter using the usual progression of spectres from Act 2, Act 5, and then heist (FAS.) |

" I also noticed there're some discrepancies in the skill setup between the leveling guide and other builds in the later game. My suggestion is if you want to play spectres, loosely follow the gem setup in the leveling guide and bear in mind what colors of sockets you need in the endgame |

Hi ! Very interested to play this build ( minions necro ), but do you think a Carrion Golem's build is better for this season ? Frost Auto-Scout's spectre still good ? Thanks

What spectres to use while leveling?
Still going with slave drivers (I heard they have very low hp now?) or is it possible to use Frost Autos before hitting map? |

I am new and I have a noob question since I haven't not played the game for a long time. I read you can summon Frost Autoscout in Heist contract, but I don't know how and understand. " FAS comes from tunnel and repository contract. In Act 6, you can find 'rogue marker' and contract. just right click on the marker to go to the rogue harbour. if you can't pick up the tunnel or repository contract, you can buy it from wakano npc!
