Is it worth going with the cheaper cluster jewles mentioned in the crafting section to start with or is it better to just wait till I can get Feasting Fiends + Renewal clusters?

I actually never tested the Plaguebringer, it might be really good, yeah. But I also kinda like the idea of extra life recovery. If I don't burn out, I might try Plaguebringer as well to compare.

I'm going to change my career to a Heist farmer and I already died a lot in Heist with pure spectre build, I really like your build because it is really tanky but just one quick question, how about damage? is it much more worse than pure spectre or you can still manage to destroy everything on your way?

I know how you feel. I like zoom zoom, but what I like more is being able to zoom zoom while being super tanky. :) Not easy to achieve though, only through some serious min-maxing sometimes.

I leveled Divergent AG, gonna test it out. It gives you a lot more extra life, and you lose move speed on AG. And make sure to put Meat Shield instead of Feeding Frenzy, I only use Feeding Frenzy with the golem. AG has a tendency to be suicidal and sacrifice himself for the greater good. :)

All in all, don't summon him on Sirus, HoG or in Delve 500+.

Haha, I can't seem to keep my interest for long in Heists. I can only stomach so many before getting utterly bored with the repetitiveness. Dunno why, but maps feel more diverse. As for tankiness vs. damage: damage did suffer a tiny bit, but check out the video I posted, it was a super juiced map with double Beyond and Delirium + fragments and scarab, that pretty much tells you I can destroy any content. :) I didn't die a single time from 96 to 97. I died when I stupidly ran into golem balls in Synthesis map (I've no clue about that fight and didn't know about mechanics). Then it was all deathless. I wonder if I can grind my way to 100, but probably takes way too long.

It has been a few season since I played a summoner build, did something change where the Minions just freeze in place and don't attack for a bit?

Have not tried them yet but some on reddit claimed that the new AI patch (which supposedly made Rogues fight less and unlock doors more) bugged all the minions' AI, making them more passive.

Sniper's Mark is not a hex, it's a mark, only hexes will work with that ring.
