Whats the best use for this spectre after the rework? But i Know minions use different versions of the skills. Otherwise discharghe spectres from Sewer would kill at Heist Lunch

the Mobs that cast Discharge is called Undying Grappler, not sure how good they are but you'll need to link with Blood Magic.

I want to post a fairly Exhaustive list of spectres composed by u/Gaardean on reddit, so full credit to him/her for the amazing work.

Hopefully it can help people to find a decent replacement.

Its really not hard. Make a pvp char and you can bank a couple specters. if you want more Make another character.

I've also watched your videos for A1-A4, but I did notice, that somehow the forums here and the YouTube version differ.

Which spectres are viable now since RS got heavy nerf? Is OP gonna update this to 3.12 soon?

Thanks for the fast reply! I read that you're working on a new starter build, but I didn't know it was already part of the YouTube videos. :-)
