I watched Ghazzy's Twitch patch notes discussion. He saw this as a DPS drop but felt at the low end the dps loss is negligible and the high end has overkill dps anyway.

Until day 2 or 3 I would assume the build has not changed. Once we see the new Specters and hard data we can react. No one thinks this build is not still OP as a starter build.

I really can't wait for Kay's update and other posters break down.

Can we still share specters. Some one posted they nerfed that?

They nerfed the sharing of spectres for ssf. It was possible to share them in the PVP Arena. So it should be still possible to share spectre.
We can still share spectres in the same league. But there was a thing where a standard and league player could do a pvp fight and the standard player enterd with his spectres, desecrated so the league player got the spectres. I belive that has been changed so it no longer works. Basicly a standard player could pvp with a league player and give him RS spectres before the league player hit maps etc
Just while reading the patch notes i was thinking about Vitality at level 10 now. A level 1 Vitality provides 15HP/s which is something like 5%HP per sec for low level chars (300HP) and Zombies. So it might be worth during early leveling for you and the Zombies if we have a red socket to spare.

I was thinking this as well! Might be less annoying to keep minions alive while leveling up.

And minions are persistent now, so if you log instead of TP to town for quick quest delivery you dont have to re summon! I am gona level up as summoner, and it will be a breeze :D
persistent minions was definitely a huge QoL buff for summoners but it's barely been mentioned. Now if we could have an easy way to switch between Spectres... I won't get my hopes up =)

Whats the best use for this spectre after the rework? But i Know minions use different versions of the skills. Otherwise discharghe spectres from Sewer would kill at Heist Lunch
