Let me share some tips for you.

Gravepack will give you double damage, but the shield not, it`s because Gravepack DD is for minions, in the shield is DD for you, to apply this DD to minions, is necessary to use Necromance Aegis.

If you go using Necromance Aegis, try to find a shield with 2min Power/Frenzy Charges and if is possible % damage for Block.

How do you have haste/hatred and Skitters running at the same time? I’ve got the diadem but can only run hatred and skitters, cannot activate haste. I suppose that also explains why I die a lot.

You are missing the node for mana reservation:

Sovereignty

You are using Call to the arms, but there is no warcry skill to use it, so you are spending many points.

Try a shield with life on block, use glancing blows passive and bone offering, and tell me later if you are dying.

If I'm using Redemption Sentries, which PoB do I use? Do I use the PoB in the Redemption Sentry section and just convert it to 3.11? Or do I use the PoB in the main section?

I didn't think the Avatar of Fire build applied to Redemption Sentries, so wasn't sure how to proceed. If that's correct though, would somebody mind explaining that part? Thanks much!

Avatar of Fire is for frost bomb, made frost bomb deal fire damage. So why u need that avatar of fire? Because of Elemental Equilibrium node, if frost bomb deal cold damage then bosses will have more cold res.
