Does anyone mind sharing their experience going from the double cluster overshock jewels to the crit ones? I'm thinking about moving over to them and selling the lightning cluster set up.
1. Was the dps difference SIGNIFICANTLY more?
2. Did survivability change much?
1. It depends on gear:
If you have the same gear: overshock and crit cluster is about the same damage.
If you have +2 power charge shield and use necro aegis, then spectre get +400% increase crit chance and damage is about 35% more.
2. It depends on spectre:
If you use high crit spectre like Baranite Preacher (it has 32% base crit!), then double crit cluster = 100% crit chance without power charge! POB calculation is double DPS (100% more)

Thanks for the reply Kay! Yeah I saw your video only an hour after you released it. I'm thoroughly enjoying the spectre showcase series! I'll definitely stick to the overshock cluster set up then as a 1-2 second faster boss kill doesn't sound worth the extra exalted orbs invested. Your build guide is amazing Kay and please keep up with the spectre showcase series! It's awesome.
When you are on the initial budget of a few ex what is the best notable on a cluster gem to get first? I was going to buy a medium one with vengeful commander but wasn't sure if that was smart.
