Tell me about it. When I have to re-raise them (accidental reflect map for example):

- Remove Bone Offering from autocasting wand. Swap desecrate from said wand to make the corpses.
- Remove helm so he doesn't eat the corpse
- Remove spell echo from Spectre
- Raise spectres while competing with jewel
I'm used to it now but when I map with friends and they just open a map without checking and I also don't double check and kill my spectre on reflect... aaah!

It's still a very powerful spectre, just not as tanky as RS or RK.

They're fine up until yellow or red maps, depending on how much +Minion Life you have on gear and the talent tree.

I'm A7 at the moment (so probably 100+ red maps I guess) and they died maybe once or twice, don't think their survivability is an issue, at least not for me. Convocation seems to keep them healthy and my build is exact copy of EB & MoM version of this.

I'm thinking more about damage and play style. I just run around and flame dash inside packs and spam convocation non stop pretty much.

My PoB DPS is almost 2M per spectre but bosses don't melt nearly as fast as in some of the videos I have seen around.

You could make a shaper/elder bone helmet! Buy the cheapest one you can find. Make the base and then craft with fossils. Use bound + frigid. You want to hit minion damage and hypothermia. You can keep rolling until you get +crit or +level.

To quote on this, if you're using Frostbite as a curse, you should try to find a helmet with "Increased Frostbite effect". It adds a TON of damage, check it on POB.

Kitava and Diadem consume nearby corpses. So, put your mouse at the edge of the screen. Desecrate. it will be out of range for Kitava and Diadem.

I just hold my A key all the time and keep casting desecrate until I see the spectre I want under the mouse (don't move mouse at all).

You will still need to take off spell echo and trigger wand, though.
