Does convocation help a good amount? I run lots of necros, but have only done a couple trial runs with golems so far. Just got the flame golem skin i'm ready for 10 golems, now just give me some Delve! :)

will be amazing for delve for sure.

Love this build, playing it in Standard while waiting for Delve - just one question, I can't get Discipline, Blasphemy(Flammability) and Anger to work - in total they go over 100% reserved mana. I'm only Level 50+, is the trick in the Skill Tree/Ascendancy?

You need enlightens

I did, I followed your 'Gear I'm Wearing Now' and slotted 2x Lv 3 Enlightens but it's still insufficient somehow - or does The Vertex helm help also?

Vertex does help a lot indeed + higher level will give you more mana

Have you tried double curses since you are very close in the tree?

nope. I didn't find it necessary. Bosses have reduced curse effectiveness + you need to curse manually which is pain and another 2 skill slots used. Trash dies just fine without any curses
