Frenzy just to gain charges. Barrage for most attacks and use that with the main setup with LGoH/GMP/FA/etc.

You can't use Impulsa if you want to go low-life (Shav mandatory) so you lose tons of clear spead. Maybe a boss killer can drop inpulsa, dunno if it's worth.

I'm not sure if I have a problem with Herald of Thunder. I'm using a MTX effect (automation) and it doesn't seem to be working. Not sure if its a problem with my build?

Makes me think Herald of Thunder isn't working as intended

It's not "leach" but you should have a barrage setup with life gain on hit + council for your mana pool, so it's almost like an old vaal pact.
And you can't facetank Izaro all the time, depend of his weapon, btw, if you want to facetank the world, go for Juggernaut or learn to dodge dangerous things.

Edit : + no blind in your setup + get a stibnite + get some "%chance to blind" on your jewel.

As a POE Veteran i can say i never destroyed the leveling content so fast and i thought the BV Ele is the strongest right now. This will be a very high level char for me i will dumb all my currency in this char. Thank you for making this great Build Guide ..
