First thing you want to get is a six link chest piece. What your looking for in a chest is 6 link with 100 life at a a minimum. If you can afford it also on the chest look for a % maximum life roll for even more life and also a open prefix for crafting +1 to zombies and skeletons when you unlock the craft.

Then you want to get new gloves for a at least 70 life roll. Don't forget to max your resists at 75 also.

Then if enough currency left over look at get a +1 minion skill wand to replace one of your wands.

Get those taken care of and it should last you into red maps where you will want to save even more to buy the higher priced items.

Raise Spectre has no supports gems on it. I don't know if you just removed or don't have them but if your going Carange and Host Chieftain spectres you'll want Blood Magic and Meat Shield.

This is up to you. You can go the impale route if you want it does increase your dps significantly. The immortal call unless you really want it can change, the spirit offering should be enough protection. Same for Arcane Surge it can be changed to something else unless you need it.

The easiest thing would be to when you buy new gloves is to make sure they are a Armour Energy Shield hybrid that way you can color them with chromatic's easier. If you do that move the Zombies gems to the new gloves and move what's in your gloves now to your boots. And the Zombies gem setup could be Raise Zombie+Minion Life+Meat Shield the you have a choice of wither Fortify for more tanky Zombies or you can run a Animate Guardian.

Also in case you don't know some people in the thread have set their profile public so you can go and look at the Necromancers they are playing to look at their gear and gems and also their passive tree if you want. Easiest way to get there is to click their name in a post navigate to the character tab and look for a Necromancer in list. Make sure it has Metamorph somewhere under the name of the character to make sure you looking that the right one.

Sorry, missed that point about your boots and gloves. It's 100% not necessary. Zombies are just there to soak damage up and your spectres are just there to supply frenzy/power charges unless you're running a different spectre setup and wanting them to do damage. The + levels on those are nice to have I guess, but I really wouldn't prioritize them at all.

If you don't have MOM, them all you need is enough mana and regen to make sure you always can cast desecrate and summon skeles. That's pretty much all. I'd definitely try respeccing those points you mention and seeing how it feels. I'm pretty confident you'll never even notice the difference and you'll be tankier to boot.

You have pretty much everything that I have, except a few tiers lower in most of the catergories. For instance my helm has 24% minion damage. So basically I have min maxed just a bit better, and spent a lot more probably as well. With that said, here is what I can beat and what I have trouble with.

Not many issues: (Issues)

All T16 content
Elder & guardians
Shaper & guardians (minotaur is my bane)
Sirius(awakener 7+ I haven't beat, but can we admit it is the dumbest fight ever.)

So you are right there, I have around 15ex invested in my build. You didnt post rings, mine have 24% & 34% minion damage, and I went with the 20% minion damage glove enchant over HP. Indomitable army on the amulet will make your skeles a bit more tanky which can help on certain fights. I have all the pantheons done so I will switch things around based on what the bosses are doing. If you are using Mind of Matter, make sure you use a Mana flask. And in all honesty, I would drop all of your unique flasks for better overall survivability.
