If you hit something with WB fortify will activate. You don't have 100% chance to hit and WB doesn't have AoE so it won't activate every time but if there is a pack of mobs it should always work.

I'm not a big fan of that ring. You can get life and mana on hit from your claws. But it might help depending on what you need at a particular time during leveling.

I mean, it makes you completely immortal during the leveling process and gives you unlimited mana, it also gives you around 30 to all elemental resists. Not to mention Item quantity (which honestly can give you several chaos from drops while leveling).

But sure, you can get the stats elsewere, I'm simply pointing out that this single item trivializes leveling by itself. It even carries its weight down yellow tier maps. :)

Obviously, it might be hard finding this ring early on since it was actually up at 10 chaos at the very start of beast league. But I wouldn't pass this item if one can get a hold of it.

In 3.3 ,we'll be able to replace ST with Vaal ST PogChamp

Currently Vaal ST is pretty useless. They're buffing a lot of vaal skills but I haven't seen anything about this one. Also getting a 20/20 gem will be a lot harder and of course it's impossible to get 21/20.

So I've been trying out this build for past few days, It's pretty fun, but at lvl 70-ish I started getting one shot by merciless Izaro. I suppose the reason for it is my 2,8k life. I've been using Tabula Rasa from the lvl 1, so if I would to find a 4-5 linked rare that would give me some life and resistances, which support gems should I throw out (Spectral Throw, Damage on Full Life, Physical Projectile Attack Damage, Greater Multiple Projectiles, Maim, Increased Critical Damage)? Currently I have good damage but life is annoying. I'm not really a rich player so I can't buy 6 linked Belly and stuff like that so any advice would be nice.

I already mention in the gem section that the gems listed are in order of importance. If you have such low life of course you'll get one-shot. Your goal is to have over twice that much. And you can do that without using a belly. I don't know where you're playing but 5L with 100+ life is cheap in any league.
