This is very easy to explain. I have just looked at your gear. There are many problems.
Your jewelery does not have any # to # Lightning Damage to attacks.
Your Gems are low level. 17. Some lower.
Your gems have NO QUALITY. This is very bad.
You are level 74. he said in first post in the pros and Cons that you need high level.
You have 82% hit chancce. This is very low. Because of low accuracy you do not crit much. losing ENORMOUS DPS here.

1. auras
if you have skyforth, enligten 3-4
discipline, wrath, hoi or hot (3auras)
2. power charge.
every 2 passive point can gain 40% crit chance.
each 20%. it is suck.... need buff
3.DPS
1. abyssal flat ele damage jewel is really important.
2. need high level for accuracy rating.
3. gem level and quality :D
4. crit chance, attack speed is most important option for wand.
4.90reduction
30k armour = 4500 (jade) x 2.5 evasion (flask 1) x 2.5 armour (flask 2)
then put 12 more reduction from phanteon.

What should i improve next?Multimodding my wand (4ex), buy a shaper gloves (3-4ex), buy a helmet with enchant (i prefer kb enchant over barrage, because i need good mapping char, not boss killer) its 4ex too at the moment.Ohh and i lack that jewel what gives more es from my mana, that is too pricey for me atm, so maybe i should sell my incandescent chest and buy a vaal regalia?If i should buy a regalia then with how much ES?Atm i have 4.3k energy shield which is very low but still not too dangerous under t10 mapping.

you already got incadescent without watch jewel
dont sell it if you can do farm.
buy watch jewel first and put every node to ES nodes.
also, i recommend keep buying any good flat ele damage + es jewel on poe.
if do that, you can still have good dps with only a few dps nodes.
